McGregor may be on in place if McCarthy, he will want to play if he can but I'd rather he doesn't and rest for Aberdeen. possibly on the bench for a later sub if we have a hope in the game at that point.

We had moments against Betis sonim not completely writing us off but I do not have high hopes

 

Would genuinely start Shaw. We can’t expect to battle for 90 mins against a side like Leverkusen with Rogic and Turnbull in midfield.

 

There should be a poll for the result on this thread, to see what the general consensus is amongst us here just now. I think we are going to get absolutely destroyed sadly. Fast, technical attacking German team against our non-existent defence. I am pretty scared as to what this could end up being. GET THE BOARD OUT!!!

 

We're probably more likely to score as they'll attack us and that gives us a chance to break and more space like against Betis. Unfortunately also like Betis they'll probably score more. Might be a bit like the West Ham friendly - I hope not.

Goals in us when teams open up (when they sit in, we need to bring back the intensity and create our own space), but the defence is still leaky as *. Looking more assured as games go on, but real tests aren't asked and they end up losing concentration

I'd take a point right now coz the nick we have been I can only see a tanking.
Our defence is abysmal and can see them walking through it with the amount of errors we make.

 

I think Kyogo and Calmac will be in squad for this but not start. I seen Kyogo had a insta story up for it, I don’t think he has for the last few games he’s been injured but did beforehand.

 

* it. We will just have to score more than them. I can see a team building and have never seen us away in Europe that good ever. Iv seen better defence granted but shows we are building and I have faith. A good 5 goal thriller. The more beers down me the day the more thatll increase

 

Actually feeling more confident about this game today.The way we played against Betis excluding the defensive errors with an extremely depleted squad gives me a bit of hope especially playing at home in front of our fans.Plus the added bonus of the possibility of seeing Calmac and Kyogo at some point hopefully.3-2 Celtic.

 

Not expecting anything to be honest. Too many injuries. Hope I'm proven wrong though.
