    You can't polish a *.

The defense is an issue that has gone ignored for years. A couple of outstanding players in Tierney and Ajer masked that somewhat, but we've been making blunders at the back and bleeding goals for too long. We need a dedicated defensive coach to implement a proper system. Time to move into the 21st century.

I’m expecting a manager who can adapt. It’s the essence of the job.

You're wasting your time mate no even being snide but you just don't get it. We are Celtic and the * we are being served up is * unacceptable the manager has no plan B and sticks to his guns when it's clearly not working. He looks a million miles out of his depth

I think other managers could be doing better, Ange has no plan B, it’s his plan A or nothing.

We have injuries yes, but any half decent manager would then change their tactics and shape to accommodate other players and this is not happening.

We have enough quality within the squad to beat most teams week in and week out but Ange is not changing his tactics l, set up and ideas.

That’s on him. He is not adapting and this is the reason we are dreadful and had this horrendous start to the season.

He is playing a system that needs quality players with a team that at even full fitness is not good enough. Most teams that have quality in them can carry the odd 1 or 2 sub standard players and they are fine. We have it the other way round,1 or 2 quality players and the rest are not good enough. To many in this team just fade out of games for weeks on end and its covered up when calmac and kyogo are playing and we are winning. Then there is starfelt, ajeti, taylor, mikey, barkas, soro, rogic and others who for different reasons at different times not not in the game or play poorly or injured. So many players at this club have just not been good enough but have been here way to many years and the board refuse to spend to build a team never mind a squad.

No other manager could do better with that lineup today, is that a joke?

Please tell me you're at the wind-up?

Oh right, Ian Bankier put the team sheet out, changed the full backs yet again.

    In Ange we trust :shamrock:

I would rather have an Academy CF, at least we know he would concentrate enough to side foot the ball into the net from 2 feet out from a perfect cross. What the * was Ajeti thinking about ?

A bullshit artist that tricked a board with a horrific record of making the right decisions.

Promising Cruyff-esque total football that his dad would be proud of while delivering performances that would make your eyes bleed. A defensive shambles that is passive in the tackle and ponderous & predictable in attack.

He might be able to deliver winning football when all the stars align and the crescent moon rises over Jupiter but that isn't the mark of a good football manager. A proper manager will deliver you results when the chips are down.

Things are about to get worse before they get better, hopefully it's the catalyst for the support to push for the complete clear-out of the board, coaching team and playing squad that aren't and never will be Celtic-class.

If any of the Oceanic Ange fan club are reading this and want to bring up the time his team valiantly fought back to earn a draw against the Canberra Cowboys, save your time.

In a sense they did, looking at the squad and who was actually available.

We’re talking about a board that dragged their feet on appointing a manager, just about every player signing, only just hired a sports scientist after 3 months (the Morton manager, btw, AFTER we had about 11 players injured) and sacked the CEO they appointed after 2 months.

But somehow this is all entirely Ange’s fault and some of you would have that same board appoint a replacement?

Using that logic we just have to keep him as manager until he dies or quits then?

    * give me strength!

I understand that, totally, but ffs the manager is in charge of what is happening on the park!

Regardless of injuries, we still have superior players than what Livingston and Dundee Utd have, yet they are making us look like complete imbeciles.
