I wouldn't be so eager to punt him, especially at a loss, and I don't think it's fair to group him in with Barkas, he could easily go down as one of the worst signings in our history even if he was free.

Kyogo is our nailed on starter obviously and his movement is better suited to the style/system we're trying to play, but there's always going to be league games that are a slog and it's just not clicking, it's good to have players that offer something different to change it up, sometimes having a guy that will just stick to the width of the goal pays off picking up a loose ball or a rebound like his second goal today, even if his all round game doesn't contribute quite as much. Honestly he puts me in mind of players like Scott McDonald, or even that * Boyd for deadco, nobody would really argue that they're among the truly greatest players we (or they) had, but still very effective goalscorers given the chance. He'll make a decent contribution as backup this season.

If you have creative players around you that will give you good service then a poacher isn’t a bad option, today for example. He’s only really getting a proper chance this season now so give him a small bit more time.

We've got no choice but to start him. Giakoumakis isn't match fit

He's pish. Couple of goals against * would have won me over a wee bit if I thought he put a shift in. He didn't. Don't like the *. Tin hat on, give me your worst.

:56: I get where you are coming from, I spent about an hour moaning about him and his lack of movement until the * scored.

Terrible performance, a couple of wee goals that might help but not convinced.

Still wondering whats the worst that can happen with a tin hat on? At least it won't be a head injury.

Seen his goals which were both good poacher goals but can’t comment on overall performance as didn’t see most of the game.

Think someone got it spot on earlier though with the comment saying if you give him a chance he’ll likely score it but he’s unlikely to carve out a chance for himself or someone else.

Hopefully his all round performance will benefit with the much needed confidence boost that will have come from bagging a brace and putting the game to bed.

His movement is so sluggish, like a priest hauling a caravan full of memories!

His runs are slower than a constipated vegan

His body language is that of a fat person on the front row at a comedy club

But a bit of service, he'll score a few.

Just reckon chances will have to be put on a plate for him.
Had some decent hold up play in second half.
    But overall, offered so little.
Looks like we will have to run with him for next few games, unfortunately.

Some of these players had a definite loss of confidence under Lennon and were not managed right - being critised publically and in the media, also with harsh language, surely does not help either. They are human beings, not machines, with their own character and personality - just like us.

Yes, Kyogo and Giakoumakis will need breaks during the season, or half games. Ajeti would be a good option when we play teams in the lower six of the league. This would apply to players in other positions also when in rotation.

I was the exact same Hahaha.

I think I called him the Swiss Kris Boyd at one point. His movement was non existent for the majority of the game.

Fair enough he got his two goals, but he's absolutely miles away from being good enough for Celtic.

There's an excellent striker there. You can see his confidence has been shot to pieces but given a run I know he'll kick on.

Not sure what people are expecting but it's no coincidence that he gets a full 90 and bags 2 goals. He's never been given a proper chance.

Thing with Ajeti in this system, is he needs a 10 that will run beyond him, Rogic or Turnbull don't really do that.. Maybe Jota or Johnston could play there when he's leading the line.

Nice to see some headed goals.

Still not convinced. I'd be happy to get rid and bring another striker in next summer.

Hes got goals in him.. But aye theres nothing else to his game really!

Wouldnt get rid though, nothing wrong with having a poacher in your options.
