That was awful from him but I don’t think he’s meant to do that or was lack of trying so * it, he just * it. Last season he was out for a bit with Covid, ended up top scorer, was frustrating as * but the full season, shape of the team, tactics and everything else was. The frustration was that we know he can be better but I think it’s clear the team wasn’t playing well and he delivered what he could.

Difficult to just single out any one player for criticism towards the end of Lennon's tenure.

Premier league games get an average live TV audience of about 3.5 million, and he just scored two goals, so will be talked about on match of the day, let's not kid ourselves on

So many bitter posters in here :giggle1:

I still like him, despite his bad form towards the end.

A bothered Édouard for under 20m is a steal. Just hope for the Palace fans that they sell him in time so he doesn't end up the way he did with us :giggle1:

We all know Edouard on form and 'in the mood' is easily a £50 million striker.

Word of warning to the Crystal Palace fans - When he decides he's too good for your club and wants to leave just get him out or he will go into a huff and play at about 70% of his actual capability.

See if folk are still bitter about performances last season here’s one - McGregor was shocking last year. Done absolutely nothing right. Sold the jerseys a good few times. He’s getting a pass now and rightly so.

Edouard at least contributed with a very decent goals and assists tally last season.

Not sticking up for him mate but he wasn’t the only one, as much as I think he was half arsing it, he still finished as our top scorer and we did get a big fee for him when * were worried about him leaving for * all.

    Not having that first paragraph.

McGregor was one of the few who actively looked for work last season.

He was always showing for the ball… and then was often let down by colleagues who hid and left him stranded with limited options.

70% is generous. A 70% Edouard would have not missed so many easy goals last and this season. Also, he would remember how to dribble.

There’s no way he was half arsed surely. Why would he when he’s looking for a PL move. Think he was just found out tbh. Fair play to him but they will still go down.
