    No I meant you can't seriously believe we have decent squad depth.

    I never ever thought it would be plain sailing BTW as I was, and still am, horrified by the threadbare nature of the squad.

    They are not on the rocks either. They're 3 points better off the us in the league and have kept the entirety of the squad, Itten excepted, that went through a league season without defeat.

    The fact you have said we are going to need some luck with injuries just backs up the argument that we have not got good depth in the squad. We had literally one player on the bench on Sunday that could come on and change the game. Today we have let two of the players go from Sunday and replaced them like for like. It’s not been a disaster of a transfer window, but it’s not been a good one either.

    Aye there’s a couple glaring positions needing strengthened but at least the frantic period is now over and we’ve got a settled squad to work with for a few months.
