    I genuinely think the board are hoping still to be close and get a couple in from the J league in January. So so risk adverse. Part of me thinks, the board they're gonna go bust again so holding back. Whatever it is, the don't act in the best interests of the club. Can never get the business first line out my head from * Lawell. * vermin.

    70k a week on a 5 year deal. That is some contract for him to be fair. Be all sorts of bonuses in there for him too knowing what the clubs down there are like. Probably an extra few thousand for each goal and win.

    The Edouard pre lockdown looked like he would go and perform no bother down there but not so sure now. Glad he’s away though, I’d rather folk who actually try when they pull on the Hoops.

    Would be criminal to let the window shut without replacing Christie. Was clearly a player Ange admired and was one of the first names on the team sheet. We could have just about scraped by at the back but midfield is now miles away from competing seriously in Europe and domestically. Can't help but feel Ange has been left with one hand tied behind his back untill January at least. Especially dissapointing given recent progress and optimism. We really are just two quality players away from having a real go this season. Missed opportunity for me.
