I don't think he is actually lazy.

The lack of movement and running we see from his I think is because he's not smart enough or thinking about what he should be doing or where he should be. I bet he think when he sees a long ball coming up but 15 yards away from him "unlucky it was nearly close to me". But a smart striker would be on the move and already thinking off the ball if this is punted towards me soon I better be in X position to beat these guys to the ball.

Morelos isnt that big and a kind of scrappy player of limited ability but he is always planning to hassle defenders, rough them up and beat them to the ball. Edouard I think just doesn't even think about what he should be doing and only reacts to anything when he actually gets the ball.

 

Ability, that’s gone out the window. If it was two years ago he dances past them defenders but he is a one trick pony and they knew which way he would turn.

Imagine you were a Palace/Everton/Bordeaux/Kazan fan and heard you were linked with Edouard. So, out of curiosity, you decide to have a look on the Celtic forums to gauge the type of player he is and what his current team's supporters think of him...

He had one good season for us. He's the most overated celtic player in the last 10 years, at least

I don't think it's his attitude and I don't think he was overrated. I honestly think there is something wrong with him. He may be suffering long covid I know I have no evidence and it's just a total guess but the guy can hardly run now and before he was pure class.

He's not been right since he got covid. He looks unfit now and he can't run compared to before.

 

It was fine margins today, and Edouard's miss cost us the game.

He has been average in a Celtic jersey, what seems, at least 18 months now. I think he will still be at Celtic in September now. Everton and Crystal Palace will have been watching and will be saying today's sitter and there's absolutely no chance now of a move to the Premier League. His only option now is Bordeaux as I doubt he'll move to the Russian outpost.

 

I will jump for joy when this * leaves. And that's will a broken foot.

If we get money for him this window I will be absolutely delighted. Funny the things that end up transpiring. A year ago I never thought I would be so glad to see the back of this guy. He's struggling to do the basics, like control a football. Ajeti would have been a better bet for us today, that is bleak.

 

People claiming he's a * footballer or not intelligent enough to make runs for a start. I want him sold as his heart isn't in it for us any more but a loss against the huns doesn't make him a * footballer, that's just nonsense.
