Exactly why I want him back, Jullien is like Bitton with his passing range but can actually defend as well. I’m still not sure which foot is Starfelts strongest, looks as bad on both.

The jury's still out for me on him. Been looking at his stats for this season. Tackling and aerial duels is pretty decent. It's his positioning and passing (quality and selection) that is making him look poor.

Basically all the new parts of Ange ball isn't suited to his game or what he's done previously, but the basics of defending is there. So will give him more time and hope it comes good for him.

Edit: I have no reasonable excuse for his own goal the other night. Couldn't do that again if he tried.

 

I'm very worried about him tomorrow. I just know he'll be the weak link.

Pish man. Try defending a man on the run like Helander was there. Blaming Starfelt for that, some set pieces are almost undefendable and that was one. The advantage is with the attacking team getting a run on to it. He’s been far better today.

He’s absolutely hopeless.

Hellander nullified our attack and obviously ultimately scored the winner.
