General consensus was we were brilliant first half, lost a bit of energy 2nd but far superior to Hearts. Ginelli changed the game for them & got them up the pitch…However we’re still dodgy as * in defence, we are good going forward with the full backs, but still need 2 better replacements & centre half before thinking about Henry, Lovric etc.. great improvement with every game but don’t be deluded, we need plenty more players in the door.

First time i have heard a new song, was catchy, about abada and kyogo. To scooters jumping all over the world. The crowd today was first class, great atmosphere inside.

 

Phenomenal football today in the first half,as soon as we lost the ball we regained possession right away,gave them zero time on ball,the pressure was immense.Atmosphere was great again too.Quite worrying we shipped 2 goals to them.If ever there was a score line that never reflected the game it was today,could’ve had double figures if we were more clinical and an honest referee.

 

If wee Abada is due back , probably not on Wednesday but i think kyogo and Eddy playing off each other in the centre would be a good option, feel kyogo better through the middle, just not sure who I would drop as 4 midfielder s Rogic mcgregor Turnbull and Christie all been excellent recently mibee have to be Forrest

Could easily have been 5 at half time. I think we would have scored more had Furuhashi been playing through the middle as opposed to playing on the left.

Outstanding pressing, tempo, passing the first 60 minutes or so, some phenomenal football that deserved more goals.

Starfelt looks poor, looks slow and cumbersome. Pish first touch for their penalty. He should be blootering that ball to *. Poor awareness from him not to know that the striker was up his *. He's not the calm, experienced leader that we need to shore up the back.

Ralston actually played well today. Once Ange has the players he wants, we will blow teams away.

Game was really good today, loving the high intensity and little bit more clinical and we could have score a dozen goals. Just need to tighten the defence and sort out the errors..

 

The penalty was stupid, he loses control and takes the guy down when posing no real threat. The last goal, meh just looks like they switched off.
I'm just glad we looked good and hopefully we can take this cup back to paradise.

It’s a game we should have won 5/6 -0. The worry at the moment is we should be out of sight but at 2-0 there’s always a chance for the opposition.

We need to be more clinical because better teams will take advantage of it as our defence will concede goals as it stands.

As mentioned, defence is still *. Opposition have 2 or 3 shots on goal it's usually a 2 or 3 goals. Jullien isn't going to make any difference to that as he's too slow for ange football. Priority positions for sure.
