Thought he was great, just didn’t try to force it all the time and could see his confidence grow. Lack of pace is an issue but can still be a handy squad player if he can keep this up.

We need to be. Only one RB and Bolingoli is out of the picture.

He seems to play Ange's tactics perfectly in terms of getting central and kicking off attacks and getting forward, mind once in the first half Rogic or something was on the ball just in our half to the right and Taylor started running through the middle of the park like Forrest Gump in the background off the ball.

    100%..

I've been pretty vocal on my feeling's about him. They can't be changed but I'm no gonna be petty and say he was * when he clearly wasn't..

One of, probably his best game in a Celtic jersey actually..

He played well but he’s played like that before and is more than capable of doing so.

The issue isn’t that he’s * for me, although lots seem to think it. It’s just that his attributes of energy, stamina and tidy safe possession are literally only half of what’s required to play as a left back in this system. He has no pace, no trickery, no real vision and no ability to spread the play with long balls.

Thought he had a great game. Behind Kyogo, Turnbull and McGregor but after next best player tonight.

Was thinking exactly the same myself. He does look decent enough when he cuts infield, links up well but its his lack of pace that makes him *.

We where never really in any danger of losing last night, from what i saw they played down his side alot knowing he is the weak link in the team these days.. Still neds replaced as far as I'm concerned. I fear the next round what he will be like.

System suits him. No ones asking him to beat a man and cross it and he's thriving coming inside. Harder tests ahead defensively so the Jury's still out but he's making me eat humble pie at the minute. Taste good but.

He's never been a bad player, keeps the ball really well and despite looking knackered constantly he's actually got a great engine on him, he's just very, very slow and weak so it's near enough impossible for him to beat a man from standing.

Unfortunately for him that lack of pace should mean he isn't a first choice left back for Celtic, but I don't think he's bad back up to have.

He's very capable of putting in performances like that, but on the other hand because of his lack of pace he will get brutally exposed from time to time.

Its took me a while to admit this but he was class last night... Still think he gets caught out defensively against better opposition along with Ralston though... Promising stuff though

See if he had pace he'd be a really good player. Thats probably my biggest issue with him, hes so slow.

He's too wee. Honestly, any high ball and he's struggling and the opposition will target that. He played well last night but we still need better.

Took him some time to settle in but he's starting to fill Tierney's shoes now...
