    Can't see both coming in with Ralston playing as well.

    Would be typical Celtic to pass up signing a Croatian international for an on loan man city player who we will not sign permanently in the summer leaving us without a RB to start the next season.

    Hopefully this is just back up/maybe we do want 2, with ralston only having a 1 year deal.

    Who knows. Would be gutted not to get Juranovic. We need some clarity over the next few days, man, this is getting silly now.

    Celtic loan target Yan Couto is in Glasgow for this evening's Europa League qualifier against Jablonec.

    The Manchester City right-back is wanted by the Hoops who are desperate to strengthen their defence.

    City have history in allowing their youngsters to head on loan to Parkhead with the likes of Patrick Roberts and John Guidetti in recent years.

    And Celtic invited the 19-year-old Brazilian to this evening's clash in a bid to woo him in front of a capacity crowd.

    Herald and Times Sport understands the invitation was accepted and that Couto will take in the match alongside club personnel.

    But this would be disappointing if its our only RB. 8 months to sign a Man City youth on loan would be deplorable.

    If he is coming in alongside Juranovic then fair enough but can’t be bothered with another full back on loan…

    We need to be looking to the future and getting someone in to add some long term stability.

    He better be coming in as well as Juaranovic. If we are going for him as opposed to Juaranovic I will be bitterly disappointed.

    On the one hand this boy looks class and will no doubt be good for us.

    On the other there's very little chance we get him on a permanent deal and it's essentially kicking the can down the road for another year.

    Hopefully it's just us keeping our options ready.

    The fact we have supposedly invited him to the stadium for a game tells me we are desperate to get him, though. Thats my concern.

    I cannot see 2 RBs coming in. So this suggests the Croat might not be coming.
