Much better than both bottles and cans.

I’ve had a Sub, a PD and a full set up. Nothing comes close to a proper set up but the PD is a decent alternative for a pint. Lowenbrau and Spaten are lovely.

Aldi’s Peroni imitation is brilliant. 5.1%, great taste and it’s only £1.29 a bottle im sure. 539F980F-0555-49AC-BE3B-0044833084B2.jpeg

Stick the keg in the freezer for a bit before putting it in the machine, if you’ve got room. Cuts down the wait massively.

Stick pint glasses in the dishwasher on their own with just rinse aid and no tablet for the shortest wash as well!

Been really enjoying Spanish beers lately. San Miguel, Mahou and Estrella are all excellent.

Beautiful stuff. Absolute rocket fuel though.

Used to drink it years ago and had some hellish hangovers the day after.

The Spaten Oktoberfest perfect draft keg is probably the best I’ve had so far. Regular Lowenbrau is also excellent.

The spaten Oktoberfest was outstanding, lowanbrau Oktoberfest was pretty good also and one that surprised me was the becks gold, that was a cracking beer.

Erdinger is world class but difficult to drink a lot of. Fortunately you don’t need a lot of it for a buzz.

Amstel in the sub is class. Love a ice cold bottle of Estrella, just got 12 bottles for £12.

But as I’ve said on here many times Tennents is the GOAT.

Did you have the Lowenbrau Oktoberfest too? I thought the Lowenbrau keg was better the Spaten (both Oktoberfest), but thought the opposite from the bottles of the Oktoberfest stuff.

Both absolutely class beers though, in any form.

Had a few bottles of Hacker-Pschorr’s Oktoberfest edition too. Having never tried the normal stuff, I was very impressed. Worth a try if you’ve never had it.

The Lowenbrau Oktoberfest was sold out when I tried to get a keg. Would definitely have tried it otherwise.
Will give the Hacker-Pschorrs a try as well, sounds good.
