Seriously but the thing that annoys me is (well along with this) just defensively he’s awrite and decent in the air. Which puts him above Jonjoe Kenny so much.

Yep, he offers virtually nothing going forward but he at least has a bit of positional awareness at the back.

The fact that the current assistant manager didn't give him any game time ahead of a woeful loan signing doesn't exactly fill you with confidence when you're then expected to play in Champions League qualifiers. Shambolic really.

Do we know Kennedy’s the assistant manager btw? Because Gavin Strachan looked the lead coach outwith Ange tonight btw, and a lot more animated than we’ve ever seen him at that.

Be interesting to see how that goes during the season, it did very much look like Gavin Strachan was the most heavily involved.

Respect to the lad. Tries his heart out, committed and leaves nothing out there. Clearly won't make it here, but I won't give him pelters for his short comings.

Got family who are Utd fans and they raved about him at the time. They went to every game, I even saw a few with them and he and Scott McDonald were the best 2 players.

Don't think it went as well at St Johnstone but played vast majority of games. Same true for Queens Park when he was sixteen I think.

He’s hoaching and not good enough, by any yard stick, for Celtic.

It's not his fault really. Any one of us would sign a contract if we were offerered it. I just don't understand how he's our only RB.

Just doesn't have a footballing brain and like Taylor is afraid to take a man on. Just a poor player. Tries hard but nowhere near Celtic quality.

Strachan was slagged a lot for the ipad and laptop but it now seems like he will actually get to use them properly as there is actual tactics being used and positions on the park people are taking up so stuff to be reminded of before going on.

Under Lennon last season it was guys going onto the park in a formation but no style of play that you could tell so you wondered what he could be telling them.

Ok. Are you standing or sitting? That should narrow it down.

Agree with what other people are saying of Ralston, to be fair to him he's never let us down and defends alright but he is stinking on the ball and moves like player from a 90s football computer game and not even 20% the attacking outlet that Taylor is.

He needs to leave and leave really this window.

He’ll never cut it here but fair play to him not for lack of effort. Will make a decent wage elsewhere.

Lennedy wasn't even smiling when we scored, everyone else reacted but he looked rather deadpan.

He does try and I give him that same as Taylor, they just lack the ability to move up another level.

    * loves a trier however, he would also recognise a bad football player when he sees one
