No games is fine for me. A night without wanting to volley every object in the house

 

If the * do end up winning I'm not as bad as you guys.

I've lived in the Netherlands for over 20 years so I won't have it in my face everywhere.
They actually call the UK 'England' over here, some just don't seem to grasp the whole Scotland England thing.
Even when they ask if I'm from England and I say no Scotland they just replay "Meh same thing".

The worst I will get is some * idiots coming up and congratulating me if England does win!!!

You guys will see it everywhere ..... * unbearable!

Still putting my hope on Denmark and if not and those * get to the final I just hope Gods on our side!

 

what I can't stand is things like every tournament in the future which are hosted by largely ex English players constantly going on and on about it. Swear I must have seen gazza 96 goal about 15 times in the build up to games that England weren't even playing.

Even having the "coming home" arrogance that they're some how above everyone with an expectation of winning it despite winning * all for decades.

 

Don't worry pal if they go out. I know I'm surrounded. I'm gonna make it so painful and post daily social media updates of them lot crying the lot. I'm gonna be a right bast...

 

Only 15 times?

I swear I seen it that much in 1 day on the BBC a day or 2 before the Scotland England game!

I usually watch the games on BBC, I don't get ITV here.
If England do win I will basically not watch another match on the BBC!
It will make no difference if it's a league game, cup game or an international, it will be mentioned!

It will be either a player like Shaw coming on for Man Utd, he won't be 'Shaw' he will be 'Englands European Championship winner Shaw', or 'In todays game we have 4 of Englands European Championship winners' and that * will go on for years!

 

And we don't know the difference between Holland & the Netherlands

 

I would say that is a big difference!

I don't remember Holland and the Netherlands having centuries of wars!

If anyone is unclear here, Holland is a district in the Netherlands and what the Dutch call their national side, Holland is not the Netherlands.

Again I still don't think that is in the same ball park saying that the UK is 'England'.

 

Honestly thought the Germans would scalp them.

The Germans were a disgrace all over the field, especially Neuer,his constant booting into the far right midfield to * no one.

England again didn't look great but they won,fair * to them in taking advantage of a * side.

Ukraine dont have the squad to beat them in Rome,and then back home to probably the Czechs.

Czechs have been a great side tbf,and this could be Englands downfall with again thinking they have already won the Tournament.

Can see the Czechs putting them out they are more atheletic and will fight far more than the Germans did.

 

Denmark are the type of team who could definitely do them in the semis...I’d be pretty confident if they had a genuinely world class player like Eriksen playing but still quietly confident that they could do it..

Ukraine have absolutely no chance..

 

Where did you get that idea.
Including qualifiers and groups plus last matches England have lost 1 and Ukraine lost 2 out of 12 matches. I think Ukraine will win

 

From watching them in this tournament...

They’re pish. This isn’t the Ukraine of 10 years ago.

 

No idea what you're basing that off.

England are a far better team than Ukraine.

 

England are a better team on paper & do have more talented players but let's be honest they have played horrible football under the guidance of Gareth Southgate. I expect them to beat Ukraine but wouldn't be at all surprised or overly disappointed if they lost.

 

Basing it off actual matches.
The Euro 2020 qualifiers plus the group matches that are just finished plus the knockout matches just played.
Yeah, they're pish They won 6 and drew 2 including beating and drawing with Portugal in qualifiers and finishing top of qualifying group.
They lost to 2 good teams in Austria and Holland.
Currently 2nd in their WQ qualifying group, so yeah, they're pish.

 

Having a better team & having better players are two very different things !

 

Denmark are the only team in England’s side of the draw that could give them a rough ride imo.

Austria and the Netherlands are bang average. The fact those two beat Ukraine gives an indication as to Ukraine’s level.

They have a few good players, but their talisman is a guy who is in and out of the West Ham team.

I hope Ukraine beat England but if they do it’ll be a massive upset.

 

Yeah but I said they were pish and they are. Got to this stage by beating the mighty Macedonia 2-1 and getting very lucky against Sweden who go down to 10 men unfairly.

If they beat England I will admit my wrong. But they won’t cause they’re pish.

Ukraine won't beat engerland. I'm pinning my hopes on the winner between the Italians and Belgium however, the two of them looked ordinary in their last game. Unfortunately the english feckers now have a simpler route to the semi's. If they win that then there is every chance that we will never be allowed to forget that, "football came home", once again.
