    Just cant get enough
3 part prison drama with Sean Bean and Stephen Graham. All parts available on the iPlayer. Well worth a watch, it’s definitely no comedy but I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend.

Blasted through this the last couple of days. Strong acting from Bean and Graham.

Thought the ending was a bit meh though, but definitely worth a watch.

Probably the best insight to Prison life in U.K. & Ireland. Great acting and great story in three parts. Well worth binge watching.

Would have liked it to have lasted a bit longer, and the ending to be a bit grittier, but aye I really liked it.

Sean Bean is that great an actor by making you like him and feel sorry for him, despite knowing that he’s in the clink for a very bad crime…

Good series and easy to see how circumstances can lead somebody to the wrong side of the tracks .

    Three parts.

I think Jimmy McGovern is one of the best and important writers ever for drama. Always gets into the nitty gritty of working class life and social issues. Just watch Cracker.

Enjoyed this,Graham is always good but Bean was just unreal. His wee Welsh cellmate worth a mention too...had just finished 'The Pact' when I watched this and to feel sorry for him was a feat!

Watched this all last night, 3 hours.....Outstanding tbh.

Stephen Graham again knocks it out the park, everything he touches now is golden....what a career he is having now after *.

Sean Bean though steals the show though, thought he was utterly convincing in that role.

Very realisitic drama of what happens in prisons in the UK, supporting cast were fantastic as well.

Last 20 mins slowed the pace right down but still thought it was great. I hope its just a one off show don't think i would like to see this go on as it ends really well and should be left like that.

    9 outta 10 for me.

If anyone hasnt seen The Virtues yet with Stephen Graham, get it watched.....The best show he's done since This Is England.

Just watched this a few days ago, I got it via downloads so didn't have to sign up to the BBC anything I refuse to do so.
Very entertaining, good cast, Stevie G (No not that one :40:) was excellent as usual and Sean Bean well no words required. I think there may be a second season without Sean Bean and what happens with SG this time around. Time will tell.. oops just saw what I did there.
Well worth a watch, highly recommended.
