I dont expect him to start the euro qualifier, surely O'Connor will? Providing we haven't signed another RB by then

Just when you think that we are beginning to turn a corner, even just a wee bit, you wake up to this type of pish. If this a sign of where we are at or where we are going, then it's a pretty grim path.

Na this was a genius move so that we can get a fee for selling him to those well rebound financial powerhouse Scottish championship clubs that are chasing him, we would be nuts not to it's a guaranteed win.....

If he is staying then it will be as back up. As long as we buy a decent starting right back then this is just to carry us. They need to concentrate on bringing in 5 or 6 starters plus 4 decent back ups. We can't be putting ourselves in a place wasting time signing another 10 back ups.
This is just a real nothing story.

Not even good enough to be the back up to the back up right back.

Still think it's lazy recruitment from our point of view and a guy who's hardly kicked a ball for the first team and we could have let go and brought someone in who's going to challenge for a first team place .

He will be our back up, he will tick the trained at the club for Europe box as well.

Operation further downsize is in full effect.

Even if we was our only player I wouldn’t keep him.

This is everything that is wrong with the club. Keeping him on and paying him handsomely solely because he is our only right back.

The more that we accept these situations, the worse the situation will become.

We have had plenty of time to bring in 2x RBs but once again we have * about and ran out of time.

He must have felt like he'd won the lottery when whoever it was that gave him the contract called.

Wouldn't mind if we're extending it so we can sell him for a fee, otherwise if we have actually signed him to stay then let's pray whoever our first choice RB is isn't injury prone

I'm of the opinion that everyone should be given a chance to impress the new manager (Boli excluded), but Ralston should have been punted a long time ago.

If Ange can coach him into being a decent squad player fair do's, but there is few people on this earth I trust less that Ralston to produce the goods.

    * it, cheap backup we have nothing to lose.

He will work as a squad player, who hopefully has a half decent season and we can punt him on for additional transfer funds.

This guys been around forever, never seems to progress, always looks bang average. Always want to see our youth products coming good so hopefully he can raise his game and push for a space.

(when you can’t push Kenny for a start you’ve got issues though)

Supposably we put £7M in for Valentin Rosier. If he is the real deal I kind of understand keeping Ralston. Putting quality ahead of quantity maybe?

Granted I know nothing about this rosier but I'd imagine the £7M price tag must mean he has a bit about him

He’s ok as long as he’s just 3rd choice RB
