I got up at 7o'clock this morning as usual. While filling the teapot up for our morning cup of tea, I was alert by two Magpies going crazy in the back garden. They were going crazy at a black cat, who seems to have showed up in our area in the last couple of weeks. They were noisy as *, pecking at the cat until it had no option but to run away. Moments before the cat ran away, it was flicking it's tail back and forwards. I've never seen a cat do that before. I told Caroline what I'd seen, and she told me Cats flick their tail when they're about to attack. The Magpies got the better of the cat though. Brilliant to watch though. As a bird lover; MON THE BIRDS.

Great sighting John, our wee cat does the tail flicking too when she's cranky, the next step is the hiss. that's as far as she goes, never seen her with the claws out. (yet)

The Lord Of my local patch. He is in charge of 13 others. They used to live on the Great Orme but because of the Pandemic gradually sneaked over to my side of the Greater area. They are very happy:49:
