    Really hope not. Saw him live when he played for Bradford against Plymouth. Big lump of wood, absolutely dogshit then he got sent off to cap it off.

    Murphy played at a much higher level and internationally. Had a pretty decent left peg and hold up play, as well as being decent in the air..

    He was * as well but he * all over Wyke..

    He's be an appalling signing..

    Seen a few comments from Sunderland fans who actually seem happy he's leaving, basically saying he's limited and doesn't offer much.

    These's a good chance this is just paper talk tbf, and if he did sign he'd clearly be 4th choice, but I think i'd rather we just give Bayo a chance.

    Anytime championship sides raid league one for "prospects" either ourselves or the orcs are thrown in for good measure.

    The article even claims that we've offered the same terms as the championship sides...

    agent puffery, trying to up the base salary.

    It doesn't fit. Nearly 29, * awful record before last season, no sell on value, not the type of sticker Postecoglu will be looking for.

    Honestly * off man. I understand players can develop late but this guy is 28 and it is only the 3rd time he has hit double figures (once in l2, twice l1) and never played above that level. I honestly think it was a lucky season for him but no way is this * doing it in Europe and in the league I'd see him getting 5 to 8 and that's if you give him 30 plus games. I'd rather stick with Bayo.
