Really have to wonder what the recruitment process is that this guy is even in the running for the job.I mean how the * do you land there

 

You’re a * roaster. Aye can be * off with the board, I certainly am. However I will still back Ange and hope he proves the majority wrong. It’s not his fault that we are in this position, back the manager and the team regardless of what your gripes are with the board.

No issues with the monetary side of things, however to hope he fails and is sacked by October is a * ludicrous comment

 

It's obvious that he will fail. He'll have to self isolate for 2 weeks before building the team. He doesn't have anything going for him on his CV. He's never lived in Scotland. He doesn't know Scottish football never mind British. He doesn't know the backroom staff. He's managed in Japan, after spitting the dummy with Australia in 2017, five years ago and throwing the towel in. He's a nobody without the qualifications. It's an insult he's even being offered the job. Yes I do hope he fails.

It's impossible to genuinely want him to fail without directly wanting Celtic to fail. Its intertwined.
I believe this Ange appointment to be a massive mistake.

I hope he proves me wrong. How's he going to negotiate the qualifiers? He doesn't even respect Celtic, he encouraged Tom Rogic to quit. The guy doesn't deserve to build a Celtic team. The 31,000 season ticket holders were sold Eddie Howe and given him. Theft, by clandestine possession. Football fraudsters. That’s true but clubs that have a DOF model hire managers that they know will work within the current setup and have a back room staff that the manager is likely to be suited too. A couple of their staff members should also fit the clubs structure.

Our situation is completely different that we don’t have that yet but have spoken about planning to go down that route. Which IMO is why the DOF would have been the more important first appointment.

Now we are doing it backwards and getting a manager but who is saying this is your back room staff and deciding this is the style we play? If it’s the likes of Desmond, Lawell or McKay I’d be worried. It should be the DOF but we don’t have one yet.
