And obviously, STILL, so many unanswered questions.

Hilariously it looks like we, the paying fans, have been hoisted by our own petard.

Waiting on staff, waiting on contract bonuses, waiting on DoF... we clutched at every straw going, believing this was a done deal.

Any reasonable and responsible managers of an enterprise the size of Celtic would have had Eddie Howe, signed and sealed, ready to start work according to his preference ie. the summer, announcement or not, this should have been sorted MONTHS AGO, just pending the announcement.

Now it would appear our board made a handshake deal, sat in the corner and pulled at their pubes whilst Howe * about in England.

Now he's done one. And our board have wheeled out an excuse do transparently retarded it looks like it was penned, edited, and sanctioned by Charles * green.

I wouldn't be surprised if Kennedy receives a few transfer requests this evening.

Next season and possibly the two beyond are now *.

The club have made clear whoever gets the job will not be the preferred candidate. Whatever yahoo takes charge will be levels below of what is required. Even when Ronny Deila was a plan B, no one knew ffs.

ANGE POSTECOGLOU has emerged as the shock front runner for the Celtic job after a deal for Eddie Howe collapsed.

SunSport revealed the ex-Bournemouth gaffer had dramatically pulled out of the job and Celtic confirmed the shock news.


Former Australia boss Postecoglou came from nowhere to be installed as the bookies’ favourite.

But SunSport can reveal the Yokohama F Marinos boss is well known to members of the Celtic-hierarchy.


The Japanese club are owned by the City Group, who have developed close links with the Hoops in recent years.

Postecoglou, 55, previously bossed the Socceroos at the 2014 World Cup and has won the Asian Cup and domestic titles in Australia and Japan.

has a good coaching reputation, plays attacking football and would jump at the chance of a move to Celtic.


Former Borussia Dortmund boss Lucien Favre also has Hoops boardroom admirers and remains a free agent.

However, the Parkhead club revealed they are in advanced talks with someone, with the aim of appointing a new manager "very shortly".
