    I wonder how far the Board went with believing Howe was coming in. Did they tell the players? What about all these player movements, lile Klimala moving on? Who was deciding these? If Howe got the players excited how many will want away now if the appointment of manager is underwhelming?

    I said it before, got a feeling our board want Clarke in after he is finished with the Euros, Kennedy still interim for qualifiers then Clarke's assistant!!!!

    Did we ever realistic even want Howe. This mirrors our transfer dealings with players over the year.

    Link with quality

    Dragged out process with plenty of media attention.

    Deal falls through.

    Get a cheaper option.

    Just heard about the EH situation there on the tv news. What a zebra kick to the balls! The conveyor belt of *-uppery just seems to keep on turning this year. A never-ending shitshow! This makes us look like an even bigger joke, and those muppets across the city will be having a right good chuckle at our many foibles.

    Nothing against Kennedy, but I really hope it’s not him. Roy Keane? Think there could be worse appointments, though I can’t see him cultivating a sexy, attacking brand of football that would get the fans excited. * knows. Maybe the board will surprise us all and unveil something that will catch us all completely off guard — something really inspired. Hope so.

    My money is on Paul Lambert!

    Not my choice but given the systemic failure hear of the board they are going to look for a quick, recognisable name with some Celtic connection.

    Lennon Mark 2 is my guess.

    This is a shambles.

    The * statement off the board is a another * slap in the face.

    Lawwell’s replacement is in full swing with the PR spin. Is he another * here to collect a wage and be overpaid for doing next to * all but bleed the club for a wage while the fans who are the club * suffer with job losses and struggle to make ends meat but still put into the club.

    This board has cost us so much in such a short time with their arrogance. They have looked down their nose at the fans once too often and this current disgraceful shambles is unforgivable. Lawell has sat back on his big fat wallet and with a wry smile he has stuck up two fingers as he will have nobody to answer to. Dominic McKay is obviously a diddy who doesn’t hold as much sway as we would have liked. This rot started the moment Rodgers walked out and I will never again call him a rat because he saw this coming. Desmond you are answerable to the fans but you won’t do that from your ivory tower.

    Lost for words. * raging. My own fault though as I had convinced myself this was a done deal and there was lots of work going on in the background. How wrong was I fs should know better than to think them * on the board were capable of getting us an exciting manager and getting our squad sorted to win back our title. Im honestly done with the board they have * up countless times over the past few years. They wont be getting a single penny off me this season. *
