Let's get 2 or 3 starting centre backs in the door before we go and add any more dross to collect a wage while sitting in the stands

Wanted us to sign Hickey when he was at Hearts. Felt like a very obvious transfer to make.

How has he done in Italy? Would be all too like us to miss out on someone when they’re playing right under our noses only to spent much more on them a few years later.

On Hickey, was doing a delivery a couple of weeks ago in the town centre to a medical centre.

Guy came in, didn't look behind me but when asked for his name, guess who, Hickey.

He's pretty lightweight, but I did like the look of him when he was at Hearts

Was wondering in the middle of Seria A season he was in Glasgow visiting a Doctors surgery.

If it’s Howe then hopefully he is looking to quickly tie up deals for some of his former Bournemouth players.

Begovic, Cook, Smith and Stanislas would be good additions on bosman deals and know the way Howe likes to play.

£30m+ kitty to strengthen the rest of the team/squad.

Some amount of * written in here...

if we signed Kevin nisbett at the start of the season from Dunfermline there would have been so many shouts of unambitious and unproven, should see how he does at another club first.

He’s done well and had a good season but he’s not what we need, in my opinion.

Aaron Hickey, I think it would be a similar case, going for 10 and signing a left back from hearts with 1 season of experience and costing a couple million at least.

I’m not saying they would have been good or * here but fans would have never been happy with them as signings.

I dunno how well hickey has done in Italy so don’t know if he would be what we need now either.

It’s sort of a different case next season, full rebuild, new manager, not got the pressure off going for 10. We could take a risk and have a few of these types of signings without fans going nuts but some of the comments like we should have signed them last season are just funny.

Ohhh I never said I watched him play saw that he played like 3 maybe 4 positions this season. Expected him too be decent at 1 of them. Is he just a * Mulgrew then?

So he’s went from a proper left sided centre half to a utility man.

    Wit a scout.

Went by what’s said about him on other forums by people who have seen him play more than any of us I would imagine.

I may be acting a bit pompous but if he were any good he would not be repeatedly loaned out to Livingston.

Would take Marcondes & Ash Fletcher from that list and decent squad players and thats it, Ash Fletcher wouldn't be cheap either.
