Frustrating as * to see him on the bench while brown struggles to keep up with the pace of the game.

A shadow of his former self.

    Gutless and pathetic.

    A legend but thank * he’s away.

Of course it’s mainly the management teams fault.

But for me, this is treating Brown like a normal player. He’s been at the club 15 years, he’s in a unique leadership position, he should be stepping up.

If it’s just Brown being Brown that’s fine.. why can’t we judge him for it?

We would’ve done better with Soro in the team. If Brown had made that decision and Soro went on to have an outstanding season, we would’ve rightly praised Brown for a huge leadership decision. The flip side of that is to criticise him for not doing it, simple as that.

The fact is he doesn’t even improve Aberdeen yet we’ve that * in the dugout I starting him every week and the club offering him a new deal.

Soro done more in 20 minutes against them than Brown has in 2 season.

Soro did nothing to get dropped, to be honest, this decision is one of the main ones that * our season from the start imo, also the insistence on Christie.

Glad he'll be gone nothing to offer us now and I'm sick of the sight of hun midfielders running rings round him.

I expected him to get up for his last hun game as a Celtic player, but he is incapable of getting up for it now, and its sad to see, he should have been dropped long ago but our gutless management are scared to.

Is he * a top level competitive sportsman. His lack of professionalism is a big part of the reason why the rot has set in so badly at Celtic.

I don't see why Griffiths gets constant stick for being unfit this season when Brown has been just as bad.

His age isn't an excuse either. Steve Davis has put him to shame today and showed what an actual top level sportsman is capable of if he has a professional attitude to diet and training.

Whoever our next captain is, I hope it's someone who realises that pints and kebabs aren't part of the diet of a top level athlete.

Not his fault he's still being picked but the fact he is, is a shambles. Disgraceful management. * Kennedy and * Lennon. *

It's not diet/professionalism for Brown. He's in great shape and clearly looks after himself

Davis is a far more intelligent footballer and doesn't heavily rely on physical attributes for his game. Brown is technically poor and not a great player on the ball. He's a bulldog whose legs are gone so he simply cannot do the things he used to do anymore.

Perfect example was when Davis sold him that dummy today. A younger Brown probably would have nicked that away from him. This Brown was nowhere near and misread it entirely. Thus, Davis had the intelligence to evade the challenge pretty easily

Heartbreaking how it’s ended for him.

This wasn’t how it was supposed to go.

A 37 year old Davis has looked levels above Broony in almost all our game's this season..

In recent weeks brown has been better than McGregor if anyone was to be dropped for Soro it should have been McGregor... Although that is not praise towards brown he's been * just not as * as McGregor

The fact that Kennedy thought it was more important for Broony to end his Celtic career with a swansong rather than the development of Soro for next season and beyond just shows what type of man he is.

Couple of nice moments and more than a couple of schoolboy moments. As per most of the season. Happy to see him away in the summer so we can start building afresh.

Are you including the manager that Brooney revolted against because he asked him to stop eating chips for lunch?

A legend but he was being left for dead by bang average spl dross on a regular occurrence as far back as late 2019. It was masked by the team winning and its laughable it’s been allowed to get to this stage when there’s a better player on the bench
