The long and short of it is this:

If you want us to finish more of those hunners of chances we have had in the last 3 games against the Huns then you start Griffiths. Fit or unfit.

 

What about Ajeti?

I think he bag's 1 or 2 the last game..

He doesn't miss that Edouard lazy backheel or the Mo chance. Probably laces the penalty in as well..

No way does he miss all 3..

 

Yeah, I think he definitely has the ability to finish those chances, but I sometimes get the impression he is a bit of a sulky * as well and doesn't care..

Can't be any worse than Edouard at that this season though...scunnered by him all together, don't want to see him starting on Sunday

Think Ajeti will be gone and no overly fussed as he hasn't offered enough to our overall play in term's of getting involved outside the box and linking the play. Worth giving him a try though for a few game's over guy's who clearly aren't trying..

 

Aye agree...mind you, I wouldn't mind seeing Ajeti and Elyounoussi trying to link up together again. Just thinking that goal from Eloyonoussi which Ajeti sets up in Lille was outstanding...possibly goal of the season for me.

They obviously have the link up from Basel..

Could be worth a shot playing both on Sunday

 

I'd only like that as a front 3 if Forrest was fit. He has the pace and ability to come in and draw defender's out..

They were excellent in France those 2..

I'm all for trying anything new by the way. What's the point in the same old? There isn't..

 

All I know is......is that eddie shouldn't be near the team Sunday....it rest of the season.

Griff should be starting either himself or part of 2

 

Yeah, playing just Elyounoussia and Ajeti against the huns would mean our attack is slow as a week in the jail...no ideal when they really struggle with pace

Forrest would be great to play in that but I don't understand why so many people are putting him in their team for Sunday on here (?)

No chance he plays for me with the injury/lack of match fitness.

Don’t think he gets in the position for it either mate, or helps build the play up.

Don’t think he has it, he’s an odd player.

If Forrest isn’t fit, diamond with Griff and Eddy. If Forrest is fit, 4231 and take your pick. Griffiths is more deadly, but Edouard helps the midfield dominate more.

Even the Aberdeen game there, we stopped creating when Eddy came off. But Griff took his chance.

Eddy should have scored about 4, including the perfectly good goal he had chopped off.

If we have plans to keep Griff next year, I’d go with him. I hate placing my faith in him though, but he’ll want to perform for his own selfish reasons - mainly the Euros.

 

It’s not even Jamesy’s pace, when he does a 1-2 he actually runs beyond a striker. A novel concept this season that.

 

I would play Edouard on Sunday, but I would be playing Griffiths alongside him. Something which should have been implemented when Lennon was still here.

 

These! Eddie should not be getting a sniff near this team on sunday! Hes proven this season hes * useless for what we need! Should have binned the * when he threw his covid sick note in to get some time off to stay back in france! Been useless all season and i put him down as one of the main reasons we lost the 10. Even these words leaving my mouth losing the 10 makes me angry! Cant wait to see the back of this * for good!

Griff starts, * get goals! Hes a natural goalscorer and can score from anywhere. He needs to start!

 

It's a hard choice this one. Eddy has obviously downed tools, Griffiths will probably not me up to speed, Forrest will definitely not be match fit and Ajeti will also not be match fit and, in my opinion, isn't any good. I also think that, maybe, we should go with Ajer at RB with Welsh and Bitton (there's nobody else) in the middle as Kenny is an absolute nightmare, start with Taylor as Laxalt was roasted the last game and definitely have Christie on the bench. So yes, not confident but maybe, just maybe, they will go out there, take their chances for once, not make any stupid mistakes and skelp those dirty orange feckers. I would also love to see Broony really skelp either Kent or wee fat * as a leaving present for us all.

 

Forrest fit for game makes me feel so much better about this match

Mikey Johnston should be nowhere near the team for this game, lightweight and so overrated
