Wasn't a fan of him under Ronny but thought he upped his game under Rodgers, he has now went back the way for me.

    Pulls out of challenges
Gives the ball away to often when on the attack
    Loves a 5 yard pass

Hope he isn't the captain next season

I’d actually take any decent offer we get for him, we can’t rely on players who can’t even challenge for the ball throughout the season.

We will get more than that for him, my only worry is he stays and we get another year of this pish.

He's played far too defensive now, he's * at defending, winning the ball, interceptions etc.
He was at his best under Rodgers playing much further forward.

He's not suddenly the 5m player people are quoting either. It's been a stinker of a season and inevitably the knives are out for everyone. Players that were riding the crest of a wave 12 months ago are now classed as garbage. McGregor is still a top player and under correct management and different circumstances he'll be fantastic again. For me even a below par CM is still one of our best players. A bit of patience is required.

I find it * amazing how quickly * have the knives back out for him.

We’re a shambles on the pitch, a shambles off the pitch and a shambles of a * fanbase.

Through all of this * show I’ve refused to criticise Callum.. he’s the least of our problems. When he has competent players around him he will be back to his best.

The criticism is entirely justified, he's ranged from mediocre to downright bad for the last 18 months.

Too many fans have blinders on in their reluctance to criticise certain players who deserve it. McGregor is one of those and has had an easy ride from fans until very recently.

There’s a difference between criticism and just being dicks.

and 18 months is bullshit. He was probably in the form of his life last season.

OK then by that logic Christie is a top player too, one of our best players and deserves patience

He's a quality player and will it again under a proper manager.

I don't blame him that he looks poor in the engine room of a Lennon/Kennedy side wihere they're all at sea in front of a hoaching defence and an attack that wants to pass the buck.

His performances have dipped but CalMac is the epitome of form is temporary, class is permanent.

Christie was never as good as McGregor but for what it's worth Christie is still a good player. Plenty of club's would be happy to have him and would pay good money for him.

I can take being mismanaged and form being off. I can't stomach watching a Celtic midfielder repeatedly * out of challenges, especially in a cup game at that mob..

For me, there’s an argument to be had that he has been even worse than Christie this year. He has offered absolutely nothing going forward this year and has been directly responsible for conceding multiple goals this season.

Christie has been rotten, but he has at least popped up with a goal/assist every now and then and not been as much as a defensive calamity as McGregor.

An outstanding footballer who has been managed by a * idiot in Neil Lennon for 18 months and his * training and conditioning has seen virtually our entire team suffer including McGregor.

Under any half decent proper manager he will be back to his best, a brilliant player.

He’ll leave to Leicester and we’ll all be bleetin’ when he bosses it playing his preferred role under rodgers. Can see him leaving for as low as 10-12 this year thanks to the monumental * up we’ve had
