Good answers Susan, but the Peregrine is not a Seabird as such, but yes the Big Gull would think twice high in the air,but at low flight or on the ground it could pose a threat. As for the Buzzard they tend to avoid each other, the Buzzard of course not being a seabird as such, but i love your thinking.
The other Seabird is the Great Skua (Bonxie) Yes they scare the * out of them on the whole,i have seen a Great Skua force a Great Black Backed Gull throw up it's food for it!!!
On Shetland a Great Skua was seen killing one of these Monster Gulls!!!!

It is 5.19am and my bedroom window is opened to receive the delightful Dawn Chorus. I can hear a small army of Blackbirds singing from local territory to local territory.
Also a Robin singing near my window and the small very nearby Rookery has woken up. Herring Gulls are contact calling and a Carrion Crow is crowing.
At 5.27am a heard a croaking Grey Heron fly over my house, close by.
Then at 5.36am a contact calling Blue * and a singing Wren can be heard.

Got a good wee mixture of birds coming in to the garden for feeding now which is rather pleasing :)
This morning I put some bread crumbs out mixed with oats and cut up bacon fat , so far iv'e seen
a robin ' blue * at the bird seeder ( seem to come more regular since I put the seeder higher ) , several pigeons
    2 wood pigeons ( no show without punch :giggle1: ) , multiple sparrows , 2 collared doves ( no saw them in a while ) starlings ,
black birds , 2 crows who for some reason lately have managed to get onto the seeder to feed ? .And not forgetting the gulls lurking on the roofs , they will get bigger bits of bread when the wee birds are finished .
