    I'm seeing all these Facebook tribute, I get some people like the royal family but I don't get how anybody likes Prince Phillip.
    Good father: kid were in boarding school from a very young age, brought up Prince Andrew. So that's a lie.
    Hero: he was part of the military, but due to his status he never would have been in any danger like the conscripted working classes. So a lie.
    Good Grandfather : killed his grandkids mum. So a lie.

    I don't get what's to like about any of them though?

    I was at a job this afternoon and the old lady said have you heard about Prince Phillip. I said yeah i seen it on my phone and he was practically already dead anyway. Bit of an awkward silence and then she had a rant about Markle saying she should keep her mouth shut and the queen's got better things to worry about than her :56:

    All Sky tv presenters wearing black. Don't remember them doing that after 9/11 or the tsunami that killed thousands or any number of incidents that were far more tragic than the death of a man who lived a long, long life of luxury and wanted for nothing. We're all equal though.....
