There’s a good few of his old signings at the end of their deals who may be brought in as people Howe knows and trusts Begovic would be a good start in goals and Steve Cook was his captain and a CB experienced at EPL level in a team who tried to attack, at 29 he could provide some good experience. Smith similarly at right back. Junior Stanislas may be a good option as an experienced option on left wing. King you would have thought would have been out our reach but it doesn’t seem to have worked out at Everton so you never know.

I would expect Howe would also have a good knowledge of players down there who are coming through but this is another reason whoever our DoF is needs to have a good recruitment team with them.

Eddie Howe’s first signing for Celtic will be Diego Rico.

Stanislas is 31 now, but to be honest as I think we need at least 2 wingers in I'd be OK with it. He just can't be our only signing as a winger.

(IF it happens to be Howe) He wanted begovic gone three years ago from Bournemouth. He seems to have had lot time for a heap of young players there. Gavin Kilkenny included who's a lovely player. I did have lot of time for Travers but lack of games and loosing out to ramsdale and then begovic after first game this season probably not suitable at the moment and come in and be number 1

He was brilliant at Blackburn. Ibe was surplus to requirements at Liverpool and absolutely honking at Bournemouth.

He has played 1 game for Derby and been injured.

He is not good enough and utter * so is the comparison to Sutton for * sake.

No I never, so unlucky. Nice try to deflect, it didn’t work.

Sinclair had a great first impact at his new clubs then faded away a bit that was common knowledge.

I mean I could say something daft like, bet you though Ajeti was going to be the next Sutton...... See how silly that sounds, or being presumptuous.

The fact of the matter is Ibe is * * and comparing him to Sutton is just madness.

Has wilshire not admitted he's a hun?

Harry Wilson would be a player I'd hope Howe would be able to get.

People saying burnley was a flop but just reading an article from rose wallace and he signed , charlie austin, ben mee , kierin trippier , sam vokes and danny ings , all players that have had good careers ! Really excited and trust that we will see some really good players come ! Firmly believe he has been studying more since he left bournmouth and that he will get this right

I agree here he is the wrong side of 30 but as a free, alongside a younger left wing option I think he would be decent business, his stats this year are decent as well.

With him being out for so long, I reckon if he's been sitting behind the scene's for 6 week's then he'll have a list of his own types of player's he'll want in..

Especially since he's been out of management for a year and waiting to pick his right club..

Howes old captain at Bournemouth, Cook, is out of contract at the end of the season. Could be a target to steady the ship at the back

Cook, Smith and Diego Rico will probably come in if Howe signs

Ye been preferred to ramsdale and Travers over past couple years but Travers imploded in first game of the season and begovic has been in since.

I don't think he is what he once was. If we were going to get 2 keepers in I'd say yes but if we us get 1 we need one that will get us an extra 10 points in the league, save us in Europe. It would be a signing similar to De Vries.

Now we need to sign players with a bit of fire in their belly who want to play and fight to get wins for us. Players looked so uninterested this season. Hopefully Howe hits the ground running and can lift morale, then sign his own few players to come in and put in the graft for us
