    Doing up Kleftiko today, although using leg as I couldn't get shanks. Started the prep yesterday. Will cook for 5.5 hours today with potatoes at the same time getting covered in lamb fat.

    Went to the butchers yesterday and got a lump of Silverside.

    This * better be good as I'm still hyperventilating at the price.

    leg of lamb (it just fell of the bone) home made yorkies, roast and mashed totties and a half and half cauliflower broccoli cheese bake.
    then
    mackies raspberry ripple ice-cream, a mini flake and 1double noughat waver.

    For those who are in love.....
    Went the Turkish supermarket earlier got a few bits for a bit of lamb she picked up from Morrisons as well as the spicy naan breads they do in there..

    Big chilli's and grilled olive's and few other's bit's out the Turkish and she done her own chilli sauce. Was spot on meze type munch..

    Had a bit of buttered simit earlier on for lunch and some mince type sausage batter thing out of there that's lovely but I can't mind what it's called..

    making a Sunday breakfast, no had one for ages.... black pudding, tottie scone, haggis, mushrooms, eggs, bacon , sausage, fried bread and toast.
    then for dinner... roast beef, roast totties, cabbage, carrots, mashed totties, home made yorkies and tonnes of gravy.
    that should fill me up until the night.

    Just dreaming of last weekends treat meal. 6 hour long cook on the kamado. Mmm. Best ribs iv had to date. Smoked with some apple wood.
