I've dug Mo out at time's and Laxalt rotten but it's clear as day that a host of these player's have been badly coached/drilled/setup this year..

Today showed us again that they are good player's..

I do like him but I'm not sure what his best position is.

It’s the first time he has turned up against them.

Played very well, I don’t know what’s his best position.

Unless his fee was small and he is willing to take a drop In wages I can’t see any deal happening.

There's no way we'll be able to sign him full time. He'll be on fortunes a week wae Southampton. What's the highest we could go about 30 odd grand a week? That's pocket money compared to what he's getting.

Thought he played well yesterday and what a great goal. Of all the loan players he is the one I would be happy to see us sign. Not likely to happen unless Southampton are willing to let him go on the cheap and he is willing to take a wage cut most likely but I would be happy if we did manage to sign him permanently in the summer. I liked how gutted he was in the interview after the game. Showed he actually cared. Maybe we could persuade Southampton to take Ntcham in a straight swap deal. Not likely either I know but would be happy with that as well.

I'd take him on a loan to buy next year, as I definitely think he's a quality player, but my * is he slow

    He's on £60k a week at Southampton.

Well I will say this if he was to sign with us permanently then we would know he was fully committed as the only way that is happening assuming the fee is reasonable is if he is willing to take at least a 50% maybe even more pay cut. Obviously all things considered both fee wise and wages it is highly unlikely to happen.

Unless we can negotiate a deal where Southampton pay a portion of his wages, it does seem unlikely.

we need a winger with natural speed, can be direct and plays with plenty of width.
    he isn't really a player who thrives on 1 v 1 situations.
more hype than impact, not for me.. much better out there.

That's the best we could probably do. With 1 year left he may be willing to take the pay cut with 2 years I doubt it.

I haven't really warmed to him, but he does have something about him. Would like to see him performing under a proper coach, I can just imagine what is going through hi mind when rockets like Lenny, JK and lap top are trying to line him out tactically.

Would 100% sign him. I've always liked him and suggested him as a player since he was scoring against us for Molde.

In a horrendous season where he's not often started games he'* 15 goals and I'm sure decent assist return too.

    Wages is the issue.

For me of all the loan players he is the one guy I would be very happy if we signed permanently.
