Just get Eddie Howe on a 3 year deal - just pay the money. Honestly, just do it. Sell the big players this summer and just pay the money.

Here's who I see still being here next season. The rest I can see gone. We'll need a good 10 or 11 players in with the money we get for Edouard, Ajer, Christie etc.

    1) McGregor - has been a big disappointment but we know what he's capable of under the right manager. Has played his best football previously without Brown

    2) Turnbull - The future of this team. We need to build around him

    3) Soro - Has shown plenty of promise this season

    4) Jullien - more than capable of being a good defender and won't be going anywhere with his injury

    5) Welsh - a solid depth option at CB, even if not quite ready for a regular starting spot yet. Bench option.

    6) Forrest - not getting any younger but we've missed him terribly this season and he still has a lot to offer

    7) Taylor - shouldn't be starting every week but a decent depth option for the bench

    8) Bain or Hazard - a decent backup. That's it.

    9) Ajeti - has been poor but definitely knows where the net is. Would give him a chance.

    10) Bitton - bench option

    11) Klimala - bench. How we spent 3 million on him is beyond me.

    12) Brown - Possibly a bench option but his starting days are long over.

I still have hopes for Johnston too. He's not been great since coming back from injury but next season will be a new start and has to be a big season for him.

Ajeti will be gone imo if we can get even £3 million for him, Klimala most likely out on loan and Bitton is 100% going back to Israel.

Had high hopes for him and he's someone I think suffered under Lennon 100%, but he's an absolute lazy * and a bit of a diving * as well, could see some club offering us £3-3.5 million and I think we'd accept.

starting days? You mean days at Celtic? I thought we’d all want to move away from the “keep him around for Sentimentality”, pals act approach. Club great, but no longer worth the wages or pressure to give him game time.

Looking at his Career on wiki in 10 years time, he’ll play for an assortment of Swiss clubs and wash up in the Albanian premier league at 29.

When will the DOF be hired as that’s the person who should be appointing a manager

Does the Manager report to the DoF, or do they both just report to the CEO?

I've never understood this kind of structure that well...

20/21 July is our first competitive match next season. We can’t be waiting for the new CEO coming in before we can get a manager. He comes in July 1st and that would mean he would have a matter of days to find a manager so he has a couple weeks to prepare, bring players in, sell etc. We need a manager in soon that way he can try new things, see who good enough and can play in his new system and give him plenty of time to find players for his system.

    Aparently Moyes has been contacted.

He's been a failed manager since Everton.

    We should look elsewhere.

He has had West Ham over performing all season.

Did you pluck this rumour out of fresh air?

West Ham are 3 points from 4th with 2 games in hand.
