The point I am making is that you want every player out the door pretty much. McGregor has been just as poor as them. So should we punt him as well? I already know the answer, and it is of course no because McGregor is a fantastic player. The problem is, he has been coached badly and has regressed, just like all of the players. You seem to think the players are more to blame than Lennon, when that is definitely not the case.

Wait until they and the club are managed properly and then make that judgement.

Ajeti came in unfit and scored goals for us on very little minutes at the start of the season, everyone was full of praise for him and his goal scoring potential, now he's not good enough and we never should have signed him. Who's to say Toney would have been a success here when we have a squad of really good players that've all looked * all season, it's far too simple to say look at this player at this other team doing well and assume they'd do the same here, there's much more to the game than that. He could easily have started out well then been dragged down to the level we're playing at in general. You could be sitting here saying the same thing about Toney and questioning that we should have signed Ajeti instead if he'd gone off to some other team and been playing more regularly.

Our squad has been toxic all season, we could have signed the next messi and made him look * with our current level of fitness and tactics.

You could question that attitude of Ntcham (who has always been moody), Edouard and Christie.

However, you sound like Lennon - trying to blame this all on the players.

Lennon has been an embarrassment this season - he talked about a lot of games where we've clearly been * as if we were brilliant. In the few games where he admitted we were *, he blamed the players.

In fact he has blamed the players, the fans, the media and the government - everyone but himself.

He has form on this - the players at Hibs went en masse to Leanne Dempster and demanded his removal.

At the end of the day, Celtic have some excellent players. I don't blame them for becoming disheartened playing for a delusional, * manager with no tactical grasp who threw them under a bus after every poor performance.

If we had brought in a decent manager in November, I don't think we'd be talking about the players attitudes now.

Lennon did not just play "a big part" - he was 99% of the problem.

As far as I'm concerned - Kennedy, Strachan and Hammond should all go also - we need a totally fresh approach.

Watched Toney play for Northampton 4-5 years ago, in a pre-season south coast friendly, when Chris Wilder was in charge of NTFC. Admittedly not the most exciting game he’d ever experience, but the talk was Newcastle had paid £1m for a player, and could we guess who it was?

Frankly he was crap, but with everyone else being worse, he was the only obvious choice.

Subsequently he struggled on Tyneside, and didn’t pull up any trees on his loan moves. Hence his departure to P’boro
Fair play he looked decent for them, but his form at Brentford for the first half of this season was astonishing.

I still think £6-8m was overpriced for the player Peterborough were selling, and remain unconvinced Toney can produce the form he showed in the first half of the season, on a consistent basis.

Time will obviously tell, but for me, I struggle to criticise the club on this failed signing.

on paper klimala is the only one that you would question , previous to this season if you had been offered these players match fit then you would have been all over it ! Lennons tactics and lack of fitness training has cost us dearly ! Players are over weight , not sharp and severely lacking confidence !

Do you think the huns would be as sucesful if we had a keeper like Mcgregor and they had Barkas?
Recruitment is one of the most important aspects of football.

Its actually depressing but if we never made a signing apart from Turnbull and kept Gordon, Hayes, Jozo ,lewis Morgan and Bayo. We would have a better team and squad morale.

This guy signed Oliver Burke for West Brom for aboot 20m quid or something close.

    The warning signs were there.

Lennon should have went last year but this man should be taking the brunt of the blame and how he still has a job I’ll never ever know. There must be a no blame culture going on at the club.

90% of them signings have been pure dug *.

Why is this guy still in a job?
Taking a wage every day, when he wont be in the picture going forward.
Surely his rap sheet is enough grounds for instant dismissal, its not as if the incoming manager is going to even read his handover notes.
