[Matchday] Ross County v Celtic Sunday 21st February 7:30 Kick off Sky Sports Main Event

It’s really hard to get excited about this for a myriad of reasons. If it’s any consolation, the weather’s to be fairly still and dry up there on Sunday night.

 

I don’t mind the kick off better playing under floodlights

I put in Ajeti and Klimala in my team selections as I think there is every chance they will still be here next year. Bayo is a good shout for next year but pretty hard for him to make it into tomorrows team.

I don't select Barkas as I'm hoping he is gone. I select Ajer even though I reckon he won't be here next year but am in denial.

 

A Sunday Night KO... Weird one!

I always want us to win, but if it continues Lennon will end up getting a new contract. Strange scenario going into games at the moment

I’d go with that team mate, definitely last chance saloon for Ajeti though, guy needs to get a goal an assist or at the very least get himself involved

 

It's probably been explained, but still can't grt my head round this kick. Off time.

 

Barkas I can understand. Something not quite right about him. Although before he came here he was very highly regarded. Maybe he could turn out good. Ajeti and Klimala on the other hand I would disagree on them having no future. I have watched Edouard,Forrest and even Klimala and Ajeti make great runs in behind or across defenders and into space and our midfielders don't make the pass. They are capable of making the pass but for me more often than not play the tippy tappy *. A good coach/manager could easily get more out of these guys by playing a style to suit their strengths. I always thought that was the fundamental principle of playing football. You play a style according to the strengths of the players you have, rather than picking a style and trying to get your players to adapt to it.

 

Why is this game on at 7.30pm and not through the day

Has anyone found out yet why the * we're playing at 7.30 on a Sunday evening? Anyone?

 

The Huns are playing at 3 when they played an away game in Europe so you would expect any game at 7.30 would be theirs

My guess is so we play after the Huns or/aswell as their will be shity £PL games on during the day that take priority as Sky don't care about us

I'd give Klimala chance, if Ajeti is in a huffy mood. Agree on Barkas.

 

I think Barkas doesn’t like living in Scotland and so can’t settle and probably has off the field issues clouding his mind
So I think he will be returned to sender at the end of the season.

Ajeti is a poor samaras and he should be sold I don’t think he has the what we need which is a 20+ goals a season

Klimala again tries harder than ajeti but just doesn’t make me feel we can win with him as our main striker but again I’d give him a good run to let him settle in and get used to being the main striker maybe that would release the striker in him.

I think that of the first team regular player, Eduard, Ajer, Rogic, Christie, will leave Elyanousi, Laxal and Duffy won’t be back
And I’m sure there will be 3 or 4 peripheral team members like Biton, will also

which means we need to have a serious resetting of the team I think we might try to sign kenny full time but we need to seriously sort the goalkeeper, defence and attack out.

It's totally weird just now. As Celtic fans we all want what's best for the club and, as fans, we always want our team to win however, we know that if we continue to get wins (no matter how * we have played) the board might think that NL has turned that fecking corner he always goes on about and keep him in the job. No wonder all our brains are scrambled

 

A wins a win , no matter how bad it is to watch . 1-4 .
