The suits at this club have proven time and again that they are far more concerned woth what's on the balance sheets than they are the onfield product or the intrests of the support. There is zero evidence that this attitude has changed.

Just look at his time here as manager. Pretty much some strange circumstances in every season he's been in charge.

2009/10 - took over as caretaker manager when league was pretty much over.

2010/11 - lost league on final day, won the SC.

2011/12 - disastrous first half of season. Won the league by 20 points in the end, all be it huns had 10 points deducted and fell into financial disarray and ultimately collapsed on the field. Lost both cups.

2012/13 - free crack at the league but won it with a total of only 79 pts. Had a very good CL campaign in fairness. Won SC

2013/14 - again another free crack at the league but * in Europe and out of both cups.

2018/19 - saw us over the line after Rodgers left but just scraped through games.

2019/20 - lost to sevco at home to give them the advantage, regained a 13 point lead after they collapsed after the winter break. Season ended early due to Covid. Declared winners.

2020/21 - rapid decline under his leadership (or lack of), embarrassed in Europe, league and LC all before end of November. Fallen at one point 23 pts behind sevco.

    Twice caretaker
Two free cracks at the league
    Twice league lost to huns.
One turn of events with huns going bust.
One season cut short through pandemic.

His failure record is far more impressive than his trophy one.

I've said this for years.... he's a bottle merchant and he's useless as a manager.

Neil Lennon CSC on here will still ignore this and claim he's won 10 trophies and was a brilliant manager. If he fails to win the Scottish Cup this season his turn out per season will be worse than Deila's who had about zero pound transfer budget and not a fit top team on a high thanks to his predecessor.

    "Huge" reductions of 15 quid

But 15 points isn't a "huge" enough gap to * the manager out the door

If absolutely everything is going Lennon’s way he will just about win you a league. The minute there’s ‘mitigating circumstances’ like a decent challenger or a single player wants away he’ll bottle it, because ultimately he’s a * manager, as shown by his time away from this club.

Once this nightmare is over he’ll do * all in management and he’ll just be a little bitter man taking potshots at us when he can.

Aye but some would of had you believe he was a worthy replacement for a world class manager we had in Rodgers ffs :56:, its a * travesty that the board appointed this * idiot, he is miles off it, for some reason we thought a manager sacked by Bolton & Hibs was good enough for us & we have paid the heaviest of prices.

Without change the gap between us and Sevco will be like it was between the two of us when they first appeared in the Scottish Premiership. They are going to receive some serious cash aswell with CL Qualification as there is no chance of them losing in the qualifiers let’s be honest. I can’t believe how our board have handled this whole situation. Scum bag behaviour but they won’t care, no fans in the ground and next season ST will still sell no matter who the manager is.

    Absolutely correct.

Rodgers asked more of the board and wanted to take the club to the next level. They didn't like it and said no - so he left. They hired Lennon as they wanted a yes man who would be happy just to be in a job and go along with whatever they say.

Totally disagree with that the Rat always had his eye on going back down south. He was raging when he wasn't on Arsenals shortlist when Wenger left

Correct. The rat lost any real enthusiasm he had for the job after that 1st season. He got the results but performances and the football were largely honking.
In fact we could still finish with a better record at the end of this season in the league, than we did in that second season.

Once we lost 4 nil to Hearts we were pretty * in the 2nd season until after the January break in the 3rd season.

Even up to that hearts game the performances were on the wane. Couple of insipid draws at home and laboured 1- 0s to the likes of Partick thistle.

Yeah, terrible days under Rodgers' awful second season... winning at Pittodrie and Ibrox within the space of two weeks having been down to 10 men on both occasions, then following it up in April by smashing the scum 4-0 at Hampden, then 5-0 to win the league... followed by a comfortable Scottish Cup final in May to secure 6 trophies out of 6. I hated that.

Least Neil Francis is going to beat that this season

Aye I was raging when we blew a 2-0 lead at Easter Road. Convinced if we won that we wouldn't have such a bad record there :56:
