    a wee super saver chicken curry and rice from Morrisons (costs £1.09) and skinny frozen chips.

    great wee freezer filler and quite nice into the bargain.

    Had my weekly treat takeaway last night. Ebded up with a xxxl papa johns stuff crust using the new 60% off pizzas offer. Came to just over £8. Bargain for the size of that.

    had a ''can't be arsed'' dinner.
    one one plate.
    cheese.
    some store bought chicken pakora, haggis pakora and veg pakora........... Boak
    some mini, party nibble sized sausage rolls........ Boak
    sweet pickled onions...... Boak
    some left over rice and noodles from last nights Chinese........ good
    and a couple of pineapple rings...... ok.

    add it all together and you get ..........food poisoning probably.

    Roast chicken, roast ham, potato croquettes, mash, roasties, Yorkies, roasted parsnips, carrots, peas and gravy.

    Ended up steaming last night and sick as a dog all day, roast dinner was what the doctor ordered.

    got fresh ribs from Morrisons yesterday, so making cabbage ribs and totties.
    been years since I've had that dinner
    in fact I think I had it last down in the cafe that sat inside the middle of the old paddy's market in Glasgow.
