And that's absolutely fine. England is where most people want to be football-wise. Common sense shows you you get what you pay for...

Yeah true but I think my point was getting someone like Rodgers again will be very difficult. Ya never know what happened with Rodgers might actually stand us in good stead now.. Hes doing well with Leicester.

Who knows mate, after this season the board need to pull a rabbit out of a hat that's for sure

A new manager brought in now would have time to assess the current squad and see who he wants and needs to bring in. With Euros as well this summer, European qualification will.be upon us sooner than you think. Longer we leave it the less likely we will have a decent squad going into them.

I remember arguing that we should have been aiming for someone of Rodgers level when he left instead of going backwards with Lennon and many thought it was pie in the sky to get someone of that level again. This board have got many into the way of thinking we are a small time diddy club. Rodgers was the level of manager that we deserve, that was the way I seen it, we then got sold short with Lennon, just like we did when they gave it to Deila.

Absolutely and have you seen the qualification route for the UCL we get by finishing second? It's really tough, a lot of good quality teams in there.

His interview was spot on. It doesn't matter what he says you will always pick up something negative

Probably until he says "I quit" then yeah I probably will be.

If you agree that was "magnificent" in the second half and Eddy was "brilliant " then you are as deluded as him.

    * knows what the wee "told you so" bizarre pish was all about.

Did u hear Jim Goodwin's interview about how well we played the 2nd half. He was on the touchline watching how quick we moved the ball and our running off the ball.

Aye I don’t know if it was a private joke with Shanley but he seemed a bit embarrassed saying it but felt he had to get it in.

Using Jim Goodwin as mitigation, jesus suffering *.

Until we got that dubious penalty it was torturous to watch, delighted we won and score a few but to label that as magnificent is an insult to magnificent performances of which I've been lucky to see many off.

Pointless even engaging in this sort of chat because we can’t change anything now but...

The decision to go Dubai is even more ridiculous now. If we had bounced back after that defeat at Ibrox we could be 9 points better off than we are right now. Therefore the gap would be 14 points with 2 games in hand plus 2 derbies to play.

We have failed to apply any sort of pressure on them this season and that is unforgivable.
