    Well done:50: ive done dry January and had no bread but only lost 2lb:42: cant do much exercise due to long covid, am walking and trying to increase everyday but difficult, will happen in time

    How you doing with no bread?would love to cut back but i think im addicted.

    Iv just became a really fat * in the last 6 months so expected to loose alot :56: in about 9 more lbs ill be down to my usual fat weight.. oops. Just keep at it and you'll manage it. I'm sure I'll slow down the less fat iv got to loose.

    It was easy enough mate surprisingly enough, missed the alcohol more tbh lol, will only have bread on a Sat for my lunch, during the week i just have omelettes for lunch before i go to work and no breakfast.:50:

    Fair play to ye.......* sake if i have an omelette it has to go on bread,bread is my Achilles heal.I actual think i could give up alcohol easier than bread.
