Agree it's a joke and were a laughing stock it happens every year, it's why we're all in disbelief at * is going on, add all the * right now, these * are smarter than most but seem to repeat the same mistakes, first and foremost we need a manager and coaches then we get the players no point buying for a * who might no like them, only when the new management comes in you rebuild the team

Leverkusen is a great move for him.

There's literally no reason for him to stay.

 

Hes came here and the club has turned into a car crash and I don't blame him for wanting to * off.
Leverkusen are a decent enough side as well in a better league..

If you think £11.5m is great business you’re mental considering the potential he has and what it could have been.

It's this fickle and bipolar mindset that the board will be banking on come ST renewals.

Frimpong comes here as a 19 year old talent and explodes on to the scene. We all love it and he has a fantastic attitude to the game and to life.

We all quickly see where his understandable flaws are, due to his age. Our coaching staff do little to nothing to help him (and others). The response from Lennon whenever asked how HE is going to fix the season is always "thats up to the players to do something on the pitch"
He just simply does not understand his role as a football coach, he doesn't understand it at all.

Failure to do this, means guys like Frimpong have not developed, learned or progressed in any way, shape or form. No wonder they want out and happy to go sit on a Leverkusen bench - if nothing more than the time with new and fresh coaching to help progress their career.

Failure to do this is also hampering the price tag we should get for such a lad. He should have been here till end of season and had our coaching staff understood their job and able to perform it, he would have at least ironed out his defence to be a better RB, or his final ball to be a decent winger/wing back.
We did neither and now, instead of getting money akin to Dembele and Tierney, we get this, double figures, just, and a pretense this is good.


Not saying he is on a par with Tierney, but he could be getting near that with decent coaching, and with age etc on his side, clubs would take a punt.

The fack Leverkusen are the side in for him, tells you they see what he can be and can work with him.
The price tells you the level he is at and worth to us under current setup.

 

I couldn't agree more, I honestly think, given a proper management team, he would absolutely flourish and we'd be able to sell him for around £25-30 million, £11.5 is a terrible price for him, the only hope is we have a good sell on fee.

 

We will owe Man City 3 million with their sell on fee.

 

Frimpong going highlights the incompetence as well.

If he told them 8 weeks ago like lennon said, they have done * all to replace him. He would have given reasons and I'd bet that they have taken none of it onboard.
