No stability mate, its fun. If you can afford it to be fun, no real way to make money here.

Seem a lot of folk moaning about the drop.

Nail on head. People on these BitCoin sites see it as long term investment which is risk free

aye they are all IT boys playing at the financial game. Silly.

Suits the free thinking for the time being. Far more people have lost and will lose money through this from now on.

I take it this is like a "normal" currency and will fluctuate as such? Perhaps being a bit more unstable as it is internet based and therefore open to more attacks and nefarious activity?

Interesting to note this development though, I wonder if it really will be the future of commerce and banking.

It will be the future. BC is decentralized. That is the appeal, at the moment.

I got pretty lucky in 2017. Hugely speculative.

I still have some altcoins that I'm keeping tabs on. Hopeful that I'll make something out of those, but we'll see.

I’ve been in since March at about $4k.. I used to run a trading group with a few hundred members with a couple of my friends. I’m big into it and well invested for now. There’s still plenty of chance for 10x or higher gains just in the alt coins. My investments atm are:

    Cardano (ADA)
    Ethereum (ETH)
    Litecoin (LTC)
    NEO
    Uniswap (UNI)
    Kyber Network (KNC)
    Chainlink (LINK)

The train is only just leaving the station. Bitcoin will peak at between $100-200k late next year. That’s my view on the market and I’ve been saying the same thing to my mates since March.

I’ve must have millions of bitcoins. Or so my spam folder keeps telling me. Just need to give a stranger my bank details and I’ll be a millionaire.

I must be getting cynical in my old age because something doesn’t seem right about 5 emails a day telling me I have 30k just waiting to be deposited in my account if I hand over all my details.

Oh to be young and naive again and I could be rolling in money I can’t tangibly touch or see...
