I had to live in the same house as my ex for 6 weeks after she told me she met somebody else. I played Joes Head almost constantly on a loop, just to wind her up :giggle1:

This is just the way of the world," Joe said
I had to put a bullet into his head
And then lit up a cigarette
Decided to call his fat friend Fred
Well, he said, "Fred, I just killed a man"
I caught him layin' with my girlfriend
    And now, they're both dead
People can be so cold when they're dead

I thought the original off the album was alright but nothing particularly special. This orchestral version is pretty amazing though.

Saw Chris Kavanagh at the Pavilion after we beat Hibs in the cup, watched that game in Connolly's.

Anyone who doesn't know, needs to know, Luke Kelly wis the man, an absolute genius. Ronny Drew and his fine suit of blue, a voice like gravel that would split you in two. Thought he was dublin through and through but he came down from dun laoghaire.
