He won't be removed just now. There is still the excuse that everyone is isolating he can hide behind just now, and Lawwell et al can't say a * thing about it as they sanctioned the trip, and then tried to vindicate it after it went pear shaped. They have to give him another couple of games, at least, once everyone is back first, so they can say it wasn't Dubai related to cover themselves.

Look, I detest the wee alky lardarse.

But what changes can we realistically make now?

Kennedy and Strachan until the end of the season?

We should be sounding out a new manager but that's going to take weeks, maybe even months.

    Rafa still in China?

It would give the Manager coming in, a chance to work with the squad, assess them and see's how he's going to approach next season to hit the ground running. i know yer point, but if this continues as it is, things might become a * load more toxic, and even less appealing than we already are.

We should have/ could have been sounding folk out since september, Rafa will not have been one of them, and if he was sounded out, it would have been a short conversation.

Next season starts now. Get a new coach in. Let him assess the squad and get his message across in terms of standards etc. Every minute passed is a missed opportunity for progression.

He said when he first came back that, "The most important thing is the club". Most important thing for the club now is he in out the door on Monday Morning.

A think in some ways, a few managers cause their way of thinking would be “ after Neil Lennon I certainly couldn’t do any worse “,

a know we can joke but deadly serious in saying Lennon will probably be on about 1M a year, yet you hqndpick any Celtic fan season ticket holder or from this forum , gave them the job for nothing and we’ve had did a better job than Lennon has did this season

Look I'm not against the new manager coming in now, but I'd rather take longer to get the right person even if that means Lennon stays in his job for now. Sacking him makes no difference now. Should have been done months ago.

In fact, he just shouldn't have been given the job full time.

Is Lennon more of a rat than Rodgers? Thoughts?

His stubbornness and ego has cost us (along with other issues). He should of walked after Sparta Prague at home.

He then seen the scenes after Ross County and the fans attitude towards him and he still refused to walk.

    Yes. without question.

At least we got £8m compensation for Rodgers and co, Lennon's incompetence and arrogance has cost us 3-4x that...

Most clubs will have to do this all over Europe. Some more than others. We will certainly be effected.

Our downgrading will happen for years to come.

In all honestly you can’t blame Rodgers too much for leaving. He wanted to do a big * you to the board and Lawwell.

Lennon is doing a big * you to each and every fan at the club.

Lennon could have stopped this back in September/October. He should have walked back then.

    We're caught in a trap
    I can't walk out
Because I love you too much baby

    Why can't you see
    What you're doing to me
When you don't believe a word I say?

    We can't go on together
    With snus-picious minds
And we can't build our dreams
    On snus-picious minds

Not another manager given a year rolling contract cause they done alright in the interim - Would take Stephen McManus in the interim before they pair
