    I think he's here untill January at least, all the negativity isn't going to change that! I don't give a * about the Europa League now I would use it to get guys like Turnbull some good experience.

    We need to support the team on Sunday and hope to * we can go on a run. I'm sure even if NL does somehow pull off a miracle and win 10 in a row he'll be off in the summer anyway.

    If he’s still manager when we drop points next there will be a riot like we’ve never seen before.

    It’s infuriating that the board and Lennon are treating the fans like we’re all just overreacting and spoilt and Lennon basically saying that our voice means fuckall.

    Once this season is over, regardless of what happens, we need a clear out from top to bottom.

    I dunno. I've never thought he was a bad manager and I have no doubt he can turn it around once he gets his head together; it's just that I honestly don't believe he can turn it around in time to rescue the 10. That's not because I have anything against Neil Lennon, I was one of the ones who wanted him and I personally think he did a fantastic job the first season and a half back; it's because some of the things he has been saying show that he isn't really thinking as straight as he normally would at the moment. Nothing he has said has given me any confidence that he knows what he needs to do now. He's a decent manager and he'll turn it round, but not before we fall too far behind.

    There's an argument that he deserves the unusual leeway he is being given for everything he's done before. Normally, I'd go along with that; but I really want that 10.

    His press conferences are like a parody at this point. He said he would've understood if the board sacked him after the weekends result but 2mins prior he said that weve had a "bad month" and things arent anywhere near bad enough to warrant a sacking? I honestly dont know if hes on the brink of losing his job or not at this point ?

    Could not agree more. Look as much as I love Lennon and what he has done for the club for so long as a player and a manager it is time for him to go no question about that. But the * show we are watching as Lennon is left in place is on the board and in particular Peter Lawwell. IMHO Lawwell needs to go as well.

    Absolutely spot on i have called for his head from ferencvaros i just have a feeling this has all lit a fire in his belly noone wants this more than lenny thing is we know the players are good enough maybe the occasion is getting to them too id love to just click and turn it round they would implode my patience and nerves are shot to bits i just want him to pull this off so bad

    It is an aside but not an insubstantial one. Your so right about Christie. He takes almost all our set pieces and his delivery into the box is consistently poor. He maybe has a rate of 10-15% of good deliveries.

    Totally agree with everything you said there. Including sadly the last part about Lennon still being here. He is a taking the * at this point and needs to do the decent thing and resign so he can leave with some dignity and we as a club would still have a shot in this season in the league.

    Which goes to the point that the main reason behind our crap performances on the field is a breakdown between Lennon and the main players in our team.

    I so hope your right about that. Like you say probably not but its a hope. I just wish Lennon would do the right thing himself and resign. At the end of the day if he continues to refuse to step down he will be responsible for destroying this season.
