He fell over a few times and passed the ball out of play to nobody with his left foot.

It's so sad to see a guy like Brown in the current state he is.

Guy looks like he should retire now never mind at the end of the season.

As stated before Scott Brown MUST know he is finished even at SPLF standard. You don't need the manager to tell you that. 99.9% of footballers know when they are finished at every level. From top down to * football.

You must have missed the cracking passes to Edouard in the 1st half and Elhamed in the 2nd!

Not really a bright spot but I agree he wasn't our problem today.

Head down at the end of the match.

Regardless of what happens he’s not being a leader just now.

He always gives 100% anyway. Sadly, you can't say that about many of them right now.

He wasn't great but he certainly wasn't the worst player on the park today. There were so many to choose from but, for me, Ajeti, Ajer, Bitton were dreadful, Eddy just doesn't want to be here and even Laxalt was poor today.

Theres no ryme or reason to our ply , sure when laxalt is up the park then el hamed should drop back , having two attacking fullbacks isnt working ! Brown used to be able to cover thos positions but cant now as he doesnt have the legs , we had 10 headless chickens on the park today !

Does Broony moan when he's subbed off?

    Does he pick his self?

Stop talking pish. The manager picks him and the riddy is that we've had year's to find a successor but have failed miserably....meaning we have to play our captain who has lost all his leg's, simply because we have no other leader's on the park..

A full other 10/squad of absolute shitebag * that are still looking/expecting their 35 year old captain to make them run that extra yard....needing their hands held..

Even today when he’s played okay against Ross County, it’s still not a great performance, just a ‘not embarrassing’ one.

He looks laboured all the time now. I think, at 1-0 down he lost his man for the second goal at the set piece.

He’s not leading the team anymore. Head goes right down.

He looked out of ideas and out of fight. Our demise is staggering. Rudderless ship.

I've gone past the point of wanting him dropped he has been dropped in recent weeks and it makes no difference. Not one player in the squad is currently performing anywhere near there max.

The new manager should keep Brown as club captain but he should be nowhere near the team unless there is an injury crisis.

    Regarding replacing Broony

Very few clubs, managers, seamlessly transition from one successful team to another. Sir Alex was seen as incredibly ruthless, but even he had his fallow years while building for his next winning team.

Look at the issues Barca have experienced replacing Xavi, Iniesta and now Messi. As I read recently, the very moment fruit ripens to perfection, is the precise moment it begins to disintegrate and rot.

Brooney has been an incredible servant to Celtic FC, and like Lennon, his incredible achievements should never be forgotten.

Their positions are pretty similar, in that both are undertaking roles they are both currently struggling with (but for me) it's the boards fault they've been put in these positions that make their reputation vulnerable.

Neither are the type to turn their back and walk away from representing the club we all love, and I'm sure no one is currently hurting more than either Scott or Neil as a result of this sudden collapse.
