I think 352 or 4231 would work fine under a better manager. The point is the players look lost. Players going into the wrong areas of the pitch etc.

It honestly seems like he picks a formation but doesn’t actually train or coach it. Just expects the players to know what to do.

Ajeti and Edouard occupied the same space they need to be more intelligent with their movement.

 

2 players we keep starting are really starting to puss me off. Brown, slows everything down, side to side passes and Christie. Ok, Christie is playing out of position but no excuse for some of his passes, try i g to thread a pass through a packed defence when it's not even on.

 

Started with some speed, but lacked shape, discipline (for positions) and cohesion between each other.
25minutes in we started to show signs of not knowing what to do any more, passing around the back started creeping in again and County see their chances to break in behind.

We now look devoid of ideas again with the manager showing no emotion at all or ability to do something to change what is clearly not working, again.


We are saying this for months now, the manager doesnt have a game plan and I dont think he knows how to create one at all.

 

CFC board grow some balls and do something, even if we get a win today then that will paper over the cracks and delay the inevitable.

 

Team were excellent for 35 mins kept the ball well and got it in to dangerous areas we've been undone by a soft penalty things just aren't going for us just now

Lennon has tried every formation that fans have asked for over the last 2 months. He started numerous players in all positions,hes dropped players hes played them in.

I honestly dont know what else people want.

Yes we all want rid of him,the players are letting him down and some of the hatred for Lennon is obscuring the view of those players also.

The players are * gash,end off,if they cant do the basics shame on them.

Lennon will again be judged on this finished result and his subs coming up

 

Who has had the better chances? The reigning 9 times champions or a team that hs only won 3 out of 15 in the league this season? I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the two teams today.

Lennon takes responsibility. Just like he did for coming in when Rodgers left. You can't have one and dismiss the other.

 

I don't think he knows his own position, or the manager at least is not reminding him to get back in to it.

He is the 2nd of a 2 man midifeld, but the egotistical * keeps going wide left and making runs around the front line. Too many times he is further forward than the two strikers. He has no discipline for his role, at all.
