    I personally wouldn't result to insults but i can understand why people are extremely frustrated. Alot of people saw this happening months ago (some of us when lennon was appointed).

    That wasn't your point though. You said sack him before he walks. Am saying if he is willing to walk let him do that. No need to sack anyone that is willing to resign. Even if it is a case of saying - Neil we need your letter of resignation please
