    Really enjoyed this one myself.
Just watched The Gentlemen. Brilliant! Colin Farrell stole the show but Hugh Grant plays a great part also. A real departure for him....

    Hubie Halloween. Complete jobbies.

2/10 at a push. Adam Sandler is terrible, as usual.

Watched Hidden Figures again last night , very good film ! about Black women working at Nasa in the 60,s , racism was awful though but " Sheldon " was very good .

I watched The Lone Ranger the other night , thoroughly enjoyed it . When the Theme tune started at the big finale .. takes me back !

1917 was brilliant (particularly from a cinematography point of view).

I feel like it was kind of ruined by the trailer though. I mean, why would you put the climax of the film in the trailer? It ruins a major point in the story too, making it somewhat predictable.

Richard Jewell is a terrible name for a movie but, like most Clint Eastwood movies, it is excellent.

I strongly disagree. It doesnt matter how good a director is, or how talented the cast is, if at the core is terrible writing. Everything else is just lipstick on a pig. I really dont understand what the purpose of this movie is, or why it even exists.

This is a review I did of this, at the beginning of the year...

Fair enough Taz, I would always respect your opinion when it comes to movies.
I enjoyed Richard Jewell though. Don’t think anyone was suggesting that he suffered the same level of injustice as the Guildford Four but the kind of “trial by media” story was interesting enough for me. Similar to what happened to Christopher Jeffries here more recently- I enjoyed the TV dramatisation of that story as well.
I agree with you about Paul Walter Hauser though. He seems to play the same character quite a lot. Don’t know if you have seen the TV show Kingdom but he is exactly the same in that as well.

Devil all the Time - 7

Decent enough, quite long but liked it. Robert Pattinson decent in it, as is Tom Holland

    Greenland - 6

Bearable enough for a Gerard Butler film tbh, guys a tadger but watchable action movie.

    Sully - 7

Took me a while to get round but decent watch, didnt realise they were trying to pin the blame on him.

    Rush - 7

Decent film again. Nae interest in F1 but was a cool story.
