tbh i think a good man manager comes in and he transforms that team , that is a team of winners , the issue is lennon here , his chopping and changing teams and formations is not working , we should have 11 starters and then a bench of players looking to get in and trying harder in training , we have a 25 man squad which know they will play at some point , theres no panic to try that bit more as they know they will play . Rodgers/oneill/strachan wven lennon in his first spell hd a set on starting 11 , why he has evolved into changing his team every game is questionable

Even if we do, I fear it's still too late...

At this point mate I'd take it as a rumour. That's how desperate I've become.

His post-match comments are a disgrace. Everyone, but him, is at fault.

11 points behind but with a game in hand and 3 games against them to go. It's still in our hands, but only just. If we fall even a single point further behind, it's no longer in our hands.

You'd have to make them favourites at the moment.

Theres not a lot of realistic options available to us, especially at this stage.

it will be MON or WGS if Lennon goes. Even as interim.

I agree with you on there's not a lot of realistic options mate. That is definitely true.

But if we go for either MON or WGS if we do sack Lennon, then we'd be as well chucking it. No disrespect to them two, but we need a manager who's in touch with modern day club football.

Well seeing he can't run a team without his mate Garry Parker by his side.

    Coincidence? I think not...

Or his drinking buddy Thomo, that’s why Mjallby * off. He was fed up doing most of the work.

And do you know what makes it worse...

If he’s still in charge on Thursday he will go with the same players and system.

Blames the players. Promises a culture change. Does nothing. His words are meaningless. Actually can’t wait for him to be gone and that’s from someone who adored Lennon.

We have 2 home games in hand and the board will most likely be looking at it as 5 points, 23 games and a 5pt gap isnt really that much tbh we had a 7pt gap with 7 games to go a few times.

I have tried to back him and i feel he needs to go, but the board in current climate will not sack him and will not pay out any large salaries for a season that is potentially gone as some are saying, the downsizing will be on a huge scale come next summer regardless of this season

    Ajer
    Edouard
    Christie
    Brown

    Will defo be gone

The only thing I can think that would cause me to be somewhat ok with O’Neill coming in his the age old reputation he has of “giving teams a boost”, but even at that, the last team he had that effect was at f*cking Sunderland 8 years ago........

He should have been sacked after Ferencvaros at the latest!! He's blantantly failing in his job!! It's as simple as. He's had serious backing cash wise considering the climate. Any other walk of life he'd have had his card marked long ago and would have been away by now. If you actually listen to his * so repetitive post match interviews they're actually a litany of excuses that end up at his * door!!

duffy and okoflex could be having a boot each other in the balls contest on social media and it still wouldnt take my attention away from the fact lennon needs sacked right now
