Neil Lennon

If ever there was an example of a poorly coached team it was that shambles on Thursday. From front to back every player was doing their own thing. Say what u want about the huns but you can see that every passage of play they have is manufactured on the training ground before they take to the pitch. Every player knows where to be at any given time. We are a team of individuals relying on moments of brilliance to win us games. It's just about good enough against the spl dross right now but up against even semi decent outfits we are being taken apart. It's a damning indictment of Lennon's tenure.

There is very little to say for him continuing in the job and weirdly if this was any other season I think he would be gone already. The absurdity is I think everyone is so crippled by the prospect of failure this season that in the boards mind they dare not make a change in case it gets even worse and they then would be the ones in the firing line. I think Lennon will be left to stumble along and take the fall.

 

NL has lost the dressing room and the supporters.The pressure on him as an individual must be significant,as it would be for anyone.
He needs to go now for his own sake.Surely the Board are communicating this to him and force his hand.

Why has this happened of all seasons, we were playing good football last season, great results in Europe up until the Copenhagen game and it seems like every game this season has been like that game. It's a * joke that the players can't get motivated to go down in history

 

I think if he drops points in his next two or three games, he will be shown the door. We're more than likely to do that so why drag this out?

 

There is clearly a split in the dressing room.
In hindsight we should have sold the players that didn't want to be here in the summer.
Mcgregor was having a go at players playing as individuals and it's clear he was having a go at Eddie.

 

Respect. Plus theres another international break. Thatll give time to interview other candidates imo.

 

Part of the reason is we let players go in key positions who were better than we replaced them with, Jozo million times better than Duffy, forster million times better than barkas, hayes better than boli/taylor (first quarter of the season, Diego looks the part now)

We also look unfit, unorganised and don't know our best formation or best players for each position!

As much as I agree a change is probably needed if it's not going to happen this video shows us all that if Neil can get the fire in belly again then this shows us why we should all get behind him.

Exactly we sing our songs and pride ourselves about supporting the club through good times and bad. Realistically OK things have been unacceptable this season and Europe is gone however, we win our both games in hand we are only 3 points behind them and on course for a quadruple treble!

 

This is why he’s still here. However watching this * show every week we can see the iceberg. He needs to go. Hes fallen behind in modern football. Love the man but the fact he was in awe of how Celtic was so different from when he left shows he’s miles behind Rodgers and where we need to be.

 

That interview he gave yesterday was worrying. He basically admitted he can’t handle modern footballers.

It’s not an earful they need Neil. It’s tactics, formation, direction and fitness.
