It’s not a petty dig, some of us on here saw this shambles coming and were constantly shouted down and given abuse for daring to suggest than Neil Lennon wasn’t fit to be Celtic manager in the present day.

Same people are completely silent as he runs the club into the ground in its most important season.

Maybe if they cared more about Celtic being the best they possibly can be rather than trying to get it up the Huns we wouldn’t be a shambles.

I also think Gerrard intimidates a lot of people in Scottish football. I have a feeling that is one of the reasons Rodgers jumped so quickly. Keane and O'Neill would also address that.

Genuinely don’t know if you’re at the wind up or not...

Shouting at players isn’t going to make them know how to press and how to play out from the back.

Too right mate he shat his pants from the mighty Gerrard and ran away to to EPL, where he has it much easier up against Guardiola and Klopp.

He was never, ever, leaving before Sunday. Even in the chaotic aftermath of a heavy defeat I don’t understand why people thought it was going to happen.

If he drops point on Sunday, however, he is gone. No question.

    Such a simplistic viewpoint.

Let’s all run about as fast as we can. Under 11s stuff.

We have spaces the radius of about 20 yards when we lose the ball and we are conceding more goals than I can ever remember.

Nothing to do with hard work, everything to do with the management and organisation of the team.

Not exactly what I'm saying. We were on the slide. The huns were getting better. He had the option of waiting for the Leicester job. If one of the other Diddy managers they have had lately was in charge, I think he may have seen the season out.

Only * that clown intimidates is those on the outside of Scottish football ie Pundits , press etc and that is not based on footballing reasons that’s purely based on them being fkn clowns who are scared to question him due to the fact of him being an EPL poster boy. SKY is the top of the food chain in that department and they wouldn’t risk their jobs that’s the way the see it , As for the Rodgers thought that’s miles off & I don’t see how you’ve came to that conclusion pure * Talk mate. Gerrard is an unproven manager still to this day he has achieved hee haw they are based on trophies won in that line of work and I doubt he will win one as a manager. Take your nose out the Scottish papers or perhaps stop buying them, it’s easier.

Nothing to do with trebling his wages and getting a job with what is potentially a top 6 premiership team , a genuinely Think Rodgers leaving was all in hiS own self interest and nothing to do with fearing a rookie manager

A player working their * off, and running through walls for their manager is simple.

Take the Gerrard love in to another thread ffs, the guy is a fraud and always has been. The only reason he stayed at Liverpool was due to him being an absolute * house with a lack of balls the Liverpool love in is a myth he was offski and the scousers put the mug under pressure the end.
