He’s been here for how long now? The current “culture” is his. That’s his doing.

You don’t change that over night.

See that’s the problem though. What the worst that can happen... get best 4-1
It’s clear some of these players need a rocket but when they know they are undroppable where’s the motivation

He's shot himself in the foot time and again with his post match comments after defeats and scrappy wins this season, but to come out and slate the players as well as openly admit he's harboured a dressing room with a poor attitude and a squad in need of a 'culture change' is just downright stupid.

    He's lost it.

People won’t like it either but he was overly praised by fans for finishing off Rodgers job when he came in.

But you talk about “cultures” (something he’s brought to the forefront), the team still had the culture that Rodgers installed. He had to come in and just be the guy on the sideline.

Now time has passed and his culture is in place, you can see how it’s going.

We all saw this coming when he was hired, anyone who didn’t is blatantly lying because he’s a legend at the club and you’re choosing to defend one guy over the good of the club itself.

I'm telling you now sacking him is doing him and us a favour. He's not a daft guy, far from it, but for a while now his pressers are just wittering rambles!!

There's previous here with player revolts not happy with said 'culture' and coaching.

Aye, he limped over the line after taking charge when Rodgers left. The performances were woeful.

Like you said, he was piggybacking on the culture and mentality created by Rodgers. Now that’s dissipated and this is what we’re left with.

Deila tried to root it out when he came in, but never had the reputation to get respect from the dressing room. Rodgers eventually did.

    And here we are again.

Agreed we all wanted to say right then thanks for steering the ship but let get higher grade in when he did get the job because he is a Celtic man fans backed him still though should have went a got another Manager deep down he’s not good enough to be at any club too much baggage now thought would have changed when he got older but hasn’t fall out with too many players and doesn’t take notes or take part on tactics board

‘Lost it’ is bang on: stuck for solutions, so just offers ridiculous excuses in an attempt to look like he still knows what he’s talking about.

This is worse than Strachan’s ‘genetics’ rant just before he got sacked from the Scotland job.

Don't see him leaving/getting sacked tonight but I really, really hope he's gone by tomorrow, if he stays he'll scrape a win on Sunday and that'll be him secured the job until it's too late.

We haven’t played well all season. Players know he’s under pressure and still didn’t look interested tonight, says it all really. As some are saying it’s not like it even looks an easy fix, we are a shambles all over the park. I genuinely thought for a while the reaction was over the top with players being out, but it’s justified. We need a big appointment. I believe that we can still save our season. I still strongly believe 11 vs 11, squad on squad we are better then the huns. Get it right Lawell. Bring in someone good.

At least when the rat was trying to look intellectual, he could have passed for it.

Lennon just comes across as utterly delusional, and as always shows complete and utter contempt for the Celtic support....

A fair chunk of the blame lies with lennon but poor coaching and tactics don't get you beat 4-1 at home to that team. That also comes from players either not good enough or not trying a leg or both.

Lennon should go, but any of those * on the pitch that are deliberately not putting in a shift because they've lost faith in the management or are in a wee huff for whatever reason should be shown the door from the next manager, no matter who those players may be. Same for any that simply aren't good enough.

This season looks to be a write off, need to start planning for the next right away.
